"The hotel is not far in front of Ena Station. We didn't catch the bus to Magome due to flight delay, so we stayed here temporarily for one night. The hotel is quite old and there is nothing I can recommend. I just have no choice."

Although the room did not have a private toilet or bath, the shared toilet was very clean. The bathing area was quite small and couldn't accommodate many people at once. However, it was nice that it was available for use until 9:00 AM. The meals were all delicious. Dining by the irori was a rare and extraordinary experience, which I truly enjoyed. The river fish served was ayu (sweetfish). The staff checked on the grilling process several times. Both the Hida beef and the local vegetables were excellent. For breakfast, the dishes followed the "Mago wa Yasashii" (a balanced Japanese diet) concept, and they paired perfectly with rice, making me go for extra servings. The staff provided excellent and courteous service, and I would love to stay here again."
