Sevim is a great supervisor as i Came back from my old stay and forgot my key in my room. Thanks to roxanna i was able to collect it with no probleme at all. Thanks for the brilant service and accomadation. I can tell u care abort the staff!!!!!!!!

Anita is a credit to you.Our accommodation was cancelled so had to book something quick. I wa sunable to choose a twin i called the office and Anita arranged it so we had 2 seperate beds. I havent forgotten your ferrer rocher they will be on route

Very good service thank you Liz she was very helpful at checkout made the service and the time spent very smooth and enjoyable, I hope to return if I have the opportunity. I would recommend this travel lodge to anyone who happens to be in the area.

Nice room and service was top notch When you visit ask of sevim he is make your stay memorable I enjoy every day of my stay I will surely be back again. I loved the fact that it’s closed to the community centre , also All major transport stations are closer to the place

The location is ideal, close to a lot of shops and the train station. The room is spotless and the staff helpful and professional. Unfortunately there is no mobile phone reception in the bedroom I stayed in. I had to go to reception to make phone calls. The hotel WiFi has to be paid for. Considering the lack of reception in the bedroom, I think WiFi should be included in the price of the room.

Stayed here for a good few days and the location can be ideal for trains and eating locally and shops close by meaning anything u may need is on your doorstep. Was looked after very well by Sevim and Marta and also gradie. Great staff, very helpful.

Excellent service from all the staff. Sivem was very helpful during my stay and the rest of the staff from the reception. Very good customer service. Room was very clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel for short or long stay. Will be back

No customer service, terrible breakfast box, no place to sit or make food, no food serving, dirty hotel room, lots of blood on the mattress under the bedsheets, bugs in the room that bit us during the night, have to keep all our luggage outside when we got home so we don’t get the bugs inside our own house, have to boil or freeze everything we had with us into the hotel room to get rid of the bugs. Hostile streets with only immigrants, they threw glass bottle at us when I took my kids out to by food. Receptionist was hardly ever there and when she was we had to wait for a long time for her to eat her food before she could help us check in, even in the middle of the night. This is the nightmare of hotel stays and the worst we ever experienced!!!!!
