Soo good the woman was soo nice (Shine) the best love her and the woman would always ask me what I would want to eat and she would warm my croissants She was the best. I love it so much I will definitely recommend to a friend and come back next time.

I came to the bar cafe to have some drinks and meal .Fantastic service! Rebeca served me my food and was so lovely ! Ionela and Renata they served me at the bar they were very nice and respectful. I received five star service from these three lovely ladies .Overall the service was amazing !!

Great service. Food was brilliant. All staff had big smiles on and happy to help. Lonely & Renata were especially welcoming and made a great impression. Parking costs but there was numerous parking for free in the street. Room was very warm but staff gave me a fan when I asked and made a huge difference. Great stay! Will recommend.

Very enjoyable experience, the hotel is kept immaculately clean. Ionela and Renata were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole duration of my stay. Breakfast and the Evening Menu were both really nice. Great selection of food with really good service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, a great time spent here on a business trip.

Reception staff very efficient and accommodated my room request. Nice bar with a good selection of drinks. The dinner menu is not too extensive (which is typical of this type of hotel), but what I ordered was really nice. Thanks to staff Nikola and Jonela for making my stay a pleasant experience.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff, especially Nikola, Jonela and Renata, they made us feel very welcome and our stay a pleasure. Food and drinks were great. Comfortable and clean rooms. I would definitely return. Thank you for a great experience!

Loveliest Staff and very welcoming, Nikola, Renata and Lonela make the stay extremely comfortable. Rooms are also very clean, cannot complain. The new bar is a lovely touch and allows you to unwind after anything you had to do during the day.

If you really need to stay at this hotel, make sure to request a room that doesn’t face the main road— the noise can be unbearable. Also, if you're travelling during the summer, it might be best to look elsewhere, as this hotel doesn’t have air conditioning.

Just visited the restaurant, Ionella was very helpful and professional and very pleasant. The cocktail we had was very lovely though there was a limited range and not a lot of choice. They didn’t have any bitter or Guinness. The ladies were very friendly and very nice and the decor and the new furnishings are very pleasant.
