The room and amenities are first class. Breakfast at $16 plus tip was abysmal. Eggs were dry. No fruit. No juice. Potato hashbrowns were soggy.
When asked about fresh fruit or juice was told there was a supply issue. Went to 7-11 a few blocks away and they had a whole shelf of fresh cut fruit. A hotel of this caliber should have a full breakfast!!

The room is very new! There is a sliding door partition between the bedroom and the entrance, which is very well designed. It feels very warm when sleeping at night. The bed is very big, and two large beds are suitable for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel is located in the center of the town. The breakfast order is relatively self-service, and the food is more refined. The coffee is ready and you can drink it at will. It is very good overall.

This is the first time I have encountered a hotel that does not clean the room. When I complained, they replied that they would clean the room before 12 o'clock. They were so confident that they didn't even say sorry. This is a very bad review. Don't stay in this hotel.

I chose this hotel in the center of town when I went to Cornell University. It takes 10 minutes to drive to Cornell. The hotel room is spacious and equipped with hair dryer, electric iron and coffee machine. The bed in the twin room is 1.5 meters long, which is quite good. The mattress and pillow are of good height and it is quite comfortable to sleep. Overall, I am very satisfied to live in such a comfortable hotel in Ithaca.
