Beautiful, well-equipped room, comfortable bedding, modern bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness throughout the establishment. Varied breakfast buffet with quality products I also dined at the hotel restaurant with the surprise menu which was delicious. And the staff is professional, efficient and very pleasant. I would come back with pleasure"

"Great place to stay; not far from Engelberg city centre (approx. 25 minutes walk or 302 bus; bus is free like all buses in Engelberg). Good connection to Titlis / Brunni / Furenalp so you can choose your activity without much planning depending on the weather. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We had some special food requirements and hotel went extra mile to meet these without making any fuzz – we have been really touched by their approach. Rooms are big and comfortable (we stayed in room 17, first floor), clean and quiet. Breakfast is good, good choice, no complaints here. Restaurant across the road is very good as well. Pool is great!; we visited in March, we have been using it every day after snow-filled activities, no crowds, usually we have been alone. Our daughter loved it, slide being obviously the main attraction. Small shop with all essentials is a welcomed bonus."

"The welcome from the chef de service was very warm. Our table was very pleasantly located. Although there were children at the neighboring table, they were not a nuisance at all. The service was very attentive and unobtrusive. The selection of dishes is highly recommended. Each course was explained, including its composition and how it was prepared. The quality was outstanding. The wines were unusual and highly recommended. The host's farewell was memorable."

"Very bad experience, after almost 40 years of traveling, the experience at Titlis Resort is one of the worst, most disappointing and definitely the most expensive of the bad experiences ever. Be careful, the studios come with a pull-out couch - a makeshift bed. Plain text, you book a studio without a BED. At this price and the standard with which the resort advertises, it's almost ridiculous. This is described as a comfortable sleeping option - 10cm cushion and a metal grate underneath. Please!? It is questionable that the booker must and can notice this. But the whole thing is topped when you use the service at the reception. Getting out of it, misunderstandings and fake reasons. In the end, vacation canceled after 1 night - back pain - and coldly smiling receptionists, that's not your problem. We are currently waiting for a statement and a proportional refund from the hotel management. Swiss quality and service - not here. To make matters worse, an old, disgusting sock from the previous tenant was found under the sofa."
