Jerome and Magali have done an excellent job in rebranding Le Clos from its previous use, while retaining many of the features that give the site so much character. Each room is individually designed with care and attention, well-equipped, very clean and comfortable. We didn't have the evening meal, though I understand the meals are very good. Jerome and Magali together with the staff are very agreeable and helpful, and they help to create a very welcoming and pleasant ambience. Highly recommended.

Lovely old building converted into a hotel. A bit "Travelodge" inside, but authentic on the outside. Rural location, yet close to beaches and villages. Dinner was excellent, and good value for money. Could improve by tidying little areas in the garden, and relocating the rabbit cage to make the outside seating more condusive to reaxing with a drink. No air-con in rooms. Drinks quite expensive. Has a nice feel.

We stayed for one night when visiting the DDay beaches - the location is perfect for this. Rural location and very quiet. There is ample parking. We booked an accessible room which was excellent. A really nice ensuite wet room. Tea and coffee making facility was a nice touch. It was all very clean with a very comfortable bed. The welcome was very friendly, we cannot fault the staff The restaurant on site was nice - choice a bit limited but for one night was fine. I would highly recommend this hotel if visiting the area

Modern refurbished repurposed stables/farm with 30 or so rooms and a decent restaurant. It’s a bit budget friendly, very popular though. It’s a bit TravelLodge so not much character even though the surrounding is very rural. It’s in the middle of nowhere! They charge a lot for the food which is in comparison pretty average, there’s no choice though the nearest town is a 15 minute drive. Breakfast is a bit mean but it’s OK for the money and in a great location for DDay/Normandy beaches and Bayeux.

Enjoyed a price fixe menu. Kind service, pretty setting. We walked over from our airbnb next door (a gite with an intolerant host), which allowed us to enjoy our wine. Our young waiter was very helpful and patient. Food was delicious! Highly recommend.

We stayed in the apartment/gite within the hotel complex. It has one bedroom and a good sized living room with sofa bed. The kitchen was small but adequate although missing a few essentials items like a spatula, decent sharp knife. There is very limited worktop space so preparing food can be tricky although the induction stove worked very well. The hotel was popular and there is a good restaurant on site. The location is fabulous, 5 mins drive from Port au Besson, and close to Arromanche Beach and the Mulberry harbour remnants, Limited English spoken but we managed ok. You do have to clean the apartment before leaving otherwise you will be charged 50 euros,

Beautiful, well-maintained establishment. Comfortable rooms. Functional bathroom. The restaurant is nice. Menu composed of fresh and local products, well cooked. Close to the coast. Book without hesitation

3 nights spent in peace, close to the landing beaches. The room and restaurant are of a good standard. Owners attentive and accommodating. Village atmosphere which brings together neighbors and customers on Sunday evening around a food truck (restaurant closed that day).
