Not great value for what’s on offer. We stayed for two nights. Initially we were given room 109 but the noise from the gym was awful. If possible avoid the rooms along this corridor otherwise you’ll be tormented by the constant banging of weights. Which is a pity because this room looked newly decorated. Reception were helpful & moved us to another room, 610, which was literally the furthest room from reception or anything else in the hotel. This room needs attention. There is no sound proofing so we could hear talking & coughing coming from below us. But at least it wasn’t constant. The drawing at the front of the house needs a good clean. The furniture is grubby. The old decor in the original manor is nice. The toilets behind reception are run down & need TLC. It was St. Patrick’s weekend and the hotel was busy but waiting times for breakfast were crazy. You’re asked to book a time but we still had to wait 30 minutes for a table. We waited over an hour for a table in the cellar bar on the Sunday evening. The food wasn’t great and service was very slow even though it didn’t appear very busy when we got a seat. Signage in the car park is confusing and we were given no information about the walks around the lake. And again signage was off putting when walking down to the marina & lake side.

We had a fantastic experience staying here. I brought my elderly father for a 3 night break and we were allocated 2 lovely rooms within easy walking distance of the restaurant, foyer etc. Rooms are beautifully decorated with stylish bathrooms and a feeling of luxury. The Beleek dining room was delightful, bright and with lovely views of Lough Erne. The food was fine dining and delicious, especially the chocolate desert. I used the swimming pool daily and also loved walking in the hotel grounds. My father enjoyed reading the papers in the sumptuous sitting rooms. Our stay here was delightful and very relaxing- highly recommended.

This review is for the Manor House Spa. I’m a leisure member at the hotel but today is the first time I treated myself to a spa treatment . Hands down it’s the best facial I’ve ever had both here and in England where I lived for many years. I had Karen’s signature facial which was totally amazing but notched up to a higher level with her use of ice globes. I can’t praise the facial highly enough but would advise anyone to give it a go. So good I booked another one. My skin is glowing.

We stayed for 2 nights in this fantastic hotel recently. The location and view over Lough Erne are spectacular and while the food was also amazing it was the standard of care by the fantastic staff that will bring us back. Nothing was too much effort and the barman (Reece) made great cocktails and was great craic. The bedroom was spacious and very clean with all the amenities you expect. There's a lovely walk down to the marina where there are lots of boats to admire. Not having visited it in quite a few years, we'll definitely be back

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location and the food never disappoints.. Great location for a quiet relaxing break, rooms with a view. The use of the leisure complex and outdoor hot tub adds to the stay..

Having stayed in the Manor House on many occasions, I can only commend the staff in achieving the highest standards of service. From our initial contact right through to departure, the service was amazing. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, set in wonderful surroundings. Everything is pristine. The Belleek restaurant food was presented well and delicious with attentive and courteous staff. Both bars were also very good, with a great musician in the Cellar bar! We look forward to a return visit in the future!

Lovely couple of days away for my birthday. Upgraded to a junior suite with chocolates and a card which was much appreciated. We have been coming to the Manor House for about 15 years and we always feel very relaxed and enjoy the whole experience. Had a lovely massage and facial during my stay as a surprise birthday treat from my husband, highly recommended. The pool and spa areas are very good. The breakfasts were delicious as were our meals both nights in the cellar bar. Lovely cocktails in the watergate bar. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
