Brisa Del Valle Hotel Boutique

We have staid here before, we love everything about this place, fully recommend.

It was barely sufficient but we were supposed to have 4 people condo( 1 queen and 2 large single beds), we only got 1 queen and one single beds. Nobody spoke English so it was difficult to communicate. Property itself was scenic, but really there were no amenities. Breakfast at adjutant Don Tomas was good. The road to it was country road, uneven with rough terrain. Definitely difficult to get Uber

The hot water temperature was low in the Jacuzzi and shower for the current spring season. It should be fine for the summer season. Other than that, the place is a jewel

We had a great time, the staff was helpful, the kitchen had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. The road to get there needs attention but everything else was great!

Hotel description states that cook to order breakfast is provided, but none was made available. Staff stated that they would provide a free pizza due to the inconvenience; however, pizza was never received. Staff not prepared to assist customers. I do not recommend this property.

All was very good. Nice experience. Issue was with Netflix on one of the nights but we were not using it since we were just enjoying everything else. Looking forward to my next stay.

The cannot deliver on the goods that you paid for. Jacuzzi water temperature was at best lukewarm? Even though I send a text requesting to ensure that the water should be hot at my arrival? Not 5 hours later in the mi of the night.

Brisas del Valle was an amazing stay! Before I even checked-in, they reached out to me in regard to my stay and made sure I was ready for my trip. The property itself is tucked away in the Tierra Santa part, of Valle de Guadalupe. I arrived and checked-in and they were super friendly and welcoming. My Spanish isn’t great, but they made sure I understood the process. They sent info on the room via WhatsApp. The room is super nice with big windows and a small kitchen. I did bring food to make for one of the nights. The property itself is beautiful surrounded by vineyards. We received breakfast each morning and the restaurant is nearby, maybe 5 minute stroll and when you’re walking through vineyards it’s really nice. The restaurant is called Don Tomas and it’s its own property. At the very least, if you don’t feel like going always from Brisas, you can eat there. I want to thank the entire staff at Brisas and especially Evelyn for making this stay a very nice one! Feliz Año Nuevo!
