設施：酒店比較新，設施齊全，洗衣機可洗可烘乾很方便，健身房餐廳都有，房間還有小冰櫃，空調禁音可調温度非常好。
衞生：衞生很好，乾淨無異味，床品舒適
環境：房間寬敞，空間大，廁所乾濕分區，全智能控制，廁所有感應燈，起夜方便。窗簾遮光好，周圍安靜。
服務：工作人員服務熱情，一入住就贈送小零食。

這家酒店真的超出預期！位置特別方便，周邊吃飯逛街都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品特別舒服，一躺下去就不想起來，隔音也不錯，晚上安安靜靜的。
前台小姐姐姚文萍和遊冬雲服務超貼心，態度特別好，非常熱情！辦理入住速度快，還主動給我們推薦了附近的特色小吃。早餐種類很豐富，中西式都有。
性價比太高了，下次來這邊還住這兒，已經推薦給朋友啦！

這家酒店就在恩施北，下高速就到了，酒店裝修的很大氣，房間乾淨整潔，還很安靜，前台服務很貼心，還主動幫忙把行李送到房間。酒店大廳就有旅遊諮詢台，梭布埡石林景不錯，油香也很好吃。

酒店地理位置好，安靜舒服，獨棟單體樓，通風采光都非常好，有停車場，充電也很方便，客房乾淨衞生，還用的羽絨被，高端零壓枕，很舒服，漱口杯都用的水晶杯，前台接待很熱情，去恩施出差旅遊，每次都住這家酒店，非常棒，值得推薦
