必須給老闆來個五星好評，從遙遠的內蒙來看山，找了好幾家酒店，實在不知道怎麼選，結果這個北緯三十度名字比較有意思，果斷選了這家，有點意思，loft公寓，住着很寬，還有個客廳，我們三個男人，住一個房間完全沒問題，衞生各方面也很好，聽説我們是內蒙來的，還送了水果給我們😁。祝老闆生意興隆，下次來恩施，還祝你們家👍

經常全國各地出差，入住的酒店民宿比在家裡的時間都多，這次預訂的北緯三十度，本來想着是隨便訂一間價格合適乾淨的就好，沒想到入住體驗真的很棒，房間是複式，一點都沒有酒店的那種空間侷促的感覺，刷卡進屋後真的是眼前一亮，尤其是床真的睡起來好舒服，這家店值得推薦。

性價比很高的民宿，很乾凈，因為我是一個人來恩施玩就要了個小房間，但是一點都不小，房間裏竟然還有廚房，有洗衣機，有冰箱，還有一個很大很大的衣櫥，像一個一室的小房子，如果是全家出來玩還有很大很通透的複式可以住，真不錯👍🏻

首先是地理位置好，就在看《西蘭卡普》表演的劇場對面，第二是退房時間是下午2點，比其他酒店晚2個小時，使用了延遲退房服務到4點，這個時間段最熱，我們就在酒店裡休息。第三，吃飯的地方不遠，走路十分鐘到。接下來説説不好的地方，辦理入住説房間還沒有打掃好，那好我們吃好飯來辦入住，2個小時後説訂的房型沒有，那再好吧換個房型入住吧，複式房樓上的窗户正對着衞生間，竟然沒有窗簾，後來看了其他幾户2樓都是沒有窗簾的，好歹自己找了個東西擋了擋。😓以前的客人難道沒有注意到嗎？第二不好的，是那個早餐是叫早餐嗎，送過來的是每人2個包子一個似豆渣的玩意兒，包子還是很辣的那種，加起來不值3塊錢的呢。我説，你這樣乾脆説沒有早餐好了，弄這個些真是倒台。

房間非常完美，細節非常人性化，老闆用心設計，一個客廳，空間大且沙發舒服，兩個洗手間，乾淨整潔，兩個卧室非常享受，還有廚房！電器現代化，可聲控！體驗感非常完美。價格非常美麗！各種舒暢，值得推薦！！！
特別是老闆熱情，沒有約定都送到機場！

先説優點：位置好，停車方便，前台服務周到，房子新，免費由兩房升級到三房（601），（雖然第三間房對我們來説沒用）以下説到的缺點，希望房東考慮，並改進，相信以後酒店的生意會更好。
缺點：1.房子雖然新，但設施明顯不齊全，三房一廳兩衞，沒有一個櫃子，衣櫃不準備，牀頭櫃至少要有吧？衞生間除了馬桶，和淋浴頭，就沒有其他東西了，洗澡時衣服和毛巾沒有地方放，非常不方便。另外，沒有洗衣機，前台很熱情幫忙找洗衣的房間，但折騰了半個多小時，找了兩個房間沒有洗成，要麼洗衣機沒裝，要麼房間沒通電。
2.房間衞生有待加強，在房間找到兩個用過的礦泉水瓶，應該是上一個房客遺留的。
3.一樓衹有客廳有空調，房間沒有，二樓衹有一個房間有空調，另一個房間沒有，製冷效果一般。
4.進門過道牆面牆漆有脱落，地板上有一層灰。
