Located at the beginning of Avenue de Champagne is this small, but cozy, hotel with lovely rooms, good facilities and friendly personnel (who speak good English). The room has a really nice bed, good shower and everything you can wish from a good hotel, the mini bar has different champagnes (demi bouteille), the hotelbar even gives the possibility to buy normal bottles. Breakfast also had everything needed to start a day of champagne in and around Epernay. Good parking, Du Jard, located at a two minut walk from the hotel. Had a really pleasant stay and would definitely return once i visit the area again.

Fantastic beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. Beautiful rooms, decorated in a typical French style, with hardwood floors, windows overlooking the tiled roofs, big comfortable bed and a shower with luxury's toiletries and bathrobes. Surrounded by restaurants, chocolate shops, bakeries, and champagne houses, but located on a quiet street. Everything you need and more for French art d’vivre.

This hotel is very conveniently located by all the champagne houses in Épernay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking is easy right on the street (paid). It's an older building so you do hear some footstep and stairwell noise at times. Shower areas are nicely updated. Toilet areas may benefit too from a similar upgrade. Good stay overall.

Very pleased with our stay from way before check-in until check-out. Had great help from staff months before planning through email a birthday celebration for my wife. Recommendations were great in every way. Check-in smooth and staff friendly. Rooms, very large for European standards, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. Bed comfortable as well. Location perfect! Breakfast was one of the best we experienced during our three week trip. Would stay here again if ever coming back to Epernay.

We had a wonderful stay recently. The staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. It is a great location to explore Epernay with it being central. The breakfast offering was delicious and set us up for a day of Champagne. Thank you very much.

Lovely stay at Hotel Jean Moet. The room was a good size and well appointed. Very clean. Staff were extremely helpful and were very accommodating with regards to our young children. We also enjoyed the central location within the town. No on-site parking but plenty on street parking available so wasn’t as issue.

A group of us stayed at the hotel as we were champagne tasting in Epernay. The hotel is ideally suited for the centre of the town and the Ave de Champagne, where a number of champagne houses and tasting places are located. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the run up to our stay when we needed information about parking. The rooms were spacious, in great condition with comfortable beds and lovely walk in showers. Breakfast was served in the glass covered area and was ample, including eggs anyway you wanted them. All in all a great hotel and would definitely stay there again if we were to visit Epernay.

We were booked into this hotel as part of champagne tasting trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was yummy. The room was comfortable and worked well for 3 friends sharing Great location to wander up and down the Avenue De Champagne and would stay again, the overriding point for me was the friendliness of the staff
