Great value for money - Free Parking - Free Wifi - Quiet Location - No Fuss or Hassle - Great Value for money - Clean Spacious Bathroom - Staff Extremely helpful and respectful Cons: - No Phone Signal - Rooms will be booked quick as the price is great Overall, I would definately stay again. 100% recommend, dont listen to the bad reviews online."

"Cons: The live music which on the night we stayed, was a DJ, played until 12.40am. Our room, number six was like a club. It was impossible to sleep. The cups and ironing board vibrated it was that loud. Despite talking about a tea tray there’s no kettle, and whilst there’s an ironing board, there’s no iron. Pros: A clean room Friendly staff. Don’t stay at the weekend if you want to sleep before midnight/1am. This isn’t a little noise, it’s brutally loud."

"I am going to make a point about the service in Novotel: I was greeted by Gita and she has done an absolute excellent job. I have asked for a quiet room so I can have some sleep as had an early flight. I have passed my special thank you to Gita when I was leaving, through a receptionist man, early morning. The hotel room was ready on my arrival but obviously it needs updating as looks scratchy, and shabby but it didn't effect me at all, for night before the flight it was excellent! I would definitely recommend the hotel and will be back again. Many thanks to Gita and manager Jastina."

"Stayed here overnight before flying from Stansted. We had a lovely room with a 4 poster bed. It was fantastic. The staff were excellent, froendly and chatty. The food in the restaurant was good pub grub and very good value for money. We were able to park right outside the room and everything was well organised. Highly recommend this place."
