We experienced a very nice evening with great food. The restaurant looks very stylish and authentic. The host was very friendly and assisted us great. The room was spacious and very nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much. We from africa hadn't had salmon for a while.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort, aktuell im April für 10 Tage. Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Personal und die Familie Steudle sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Immer mit einem Lächeln auf dem Gesicht wird man begrüßt. Man fühlt sich herzlich Willkommen und wohl. Wünsche werden umgehend erfüllt. Die Zimmer und die gesamte Hoteleinrichtung sind wunderschön eingerichtet und laden zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen wieder und können dieses Top Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Tanja Bartl

Alles super 👍 wir kommen wieder!!! Egal ob das Zimmer oder Frühstück bzw. Abendessen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der Spa Bereich ist super schön. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und konnten es genießen. Alle sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tolles ruhiges Hotel. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Modern ausgestattete Zimmer, sauberes Bad mit Regendusche, großer Fernseher, Queensize-Bett. Spa-Bereich ist auch gut. Bio-Sauna (mit ätherischem Öl), Finn-Sauna, Infrarot-Sauna, Dampfbad (war leider nicht an), kleiner Außenbereich zum Abdampfen (Balkon mit Kunstrasen). Nur die Aussicht auf die umgebenden Häuser könnte hübscher sein. Vielleicht kommen wir nochmal zu einem der angebotenen Bier-Brau-Kurse wieder. Wer weis?!?! :-D

Einfaches aber zentral gelegenes Hotel im Zentrum von Ehingen mit 80er Jahre-Chic, abgesehen vom Restaurant. Zimmer aber durchaus in Ordnung, gute Parkmöglichkeit, gutes Frühstück. Dass die Rezeptionistin Hotelgäste offenbar grundsätzlich nicht grüsst, kommt nicht gut an.

das Restaurant im Hotel Adler war mal kulinarisch und vom Ambiente her eine Perle. Wir haben oft Freunde aus Ulm oder Stuttgart zu einem feinen Essen dorthin eingeladen. Das ist vorbei. Durch den Umbau zu einer Art Huette wurde der elegante Charakter brachial zerstört. Auch die Speisekarte, mit Burgern und ähnlichen Speisen hauptsächlich für junges Publikum , hat keine Klasse mehr. Schade, dass die jetzige Generation der Betreiber das Lokal so -aus unserer Sicht- auf ein niedriges Niveau heruntergefahren hat.
