房間足夠大，價格相對算便宜的了。但是靠馬路，比較吵，早餐還可以，設施有點老舊了。總體評價3-4顆星吧。但是第一天入住，排風口出問題了，把廢氣都排到了我房間裏，導致我差點中毒，半夜2點醒來換房間，第二天酒店跟沒聽説過這事似的！酒店也沒説過抱歉。感覺有點不舒服！

I was leaving with my family for 2 days .my staying was fantastic room and amenity,i try the food in the metropole restaurant was delicious and testy ,shisha very good. Breakfast looks like food hotel 5 stars you have selection of food international and local . The breakfast chef makes delicious omelette .

Recently located to Erbil canyon Erbil was suitable location with good value for long stay as Family. Spacious family suite with two bed rooms + living area. Cleaning are fair tho. Staff are friendly at reception thanks to Mr. Abdullah he is professional and smiling all the time. About the restaurant service is good having different selection of local and international food. About medoc another restaurant and Bar is lovely atmosphere to spend fun time enjoying Band or DJ different theme nights. Thank you for Canyon hotel who made our stay pleasant and friendly.

The worst customer experience ever, the receptionist do not respect residents and also it is dirty. They are bad in reservation , in treatment, do not respect people that tlking with اسوأ تجربة عملاء خضتها بحياتي، ماكو احترام ماكو تقدير يتكلمون بفوقية وتعالي وصادفت اكثر من كوظف لستعلامات كلهم بمفس الاسلوب السيء بالاضافة الى عدم نظافة المكان، ابداً ما انصح بالسكن عندهم
