Oulian International Hotel

I recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely disappointed with the conditions of my stay. I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the following issues: • The room was very noisy, making it difficult to rest. • There was no Wi-Fi available, despite it being advertised. • The room was dirty, messy, and infested with cockroaches. • The furniture, including the bed, was extremely old and worn out. • The room was overpriced considering the poor quality and lack of basic amenities. I expected a much higher standard for the price I paid. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to improve your facilities and services. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter, as well as a possible refund or compensation for the inconvenience.
