First of all, the room I was given was DIRTY and I didn't get what I PAID for. I ordered round bed room but i was given regular room because the round bed rooms were cold(?) They said that the rooms don't have heating so I said ok and went in. It was kinda dirty but I toughed it out UNTIL, I saw the beddings. I took a closer look at the bed and thought oh no, blanket looks kinda dirty then i uncovered the sheet and there were dried blood with dirt in there. Like, literally dirty sheets welcomed me. With 🩸 at that. As if that was not enough, the floor was so dirty to the point that when i was changing, my pants slightly touched the floor and it immediately got dirty to the point that it was terribly visible. 😭 I couldn't take it anymore and told the receptionist that i wanted to change my room and she was practically rolling her eyes at me. I even told her to come look because she was looking at me weird. She said no need and gave me a new room. So i put it behind me and went to the new room. I expected it to be cleaner but not much cleaner. It was better, undoubtedly. (At least the beddings were🙏🏻) I moved my stuff and went back down to gave the receptionist my previous room card and went back inside to find out about the TOILET SEAT🚽. IT WAS DISASTROUS AND DISGUSTING. It was full of pee ALL OVER THE TOILET SEAT🤮. I was flabbergasted. How do you NOT clean the toilet seat after someone used the room??? I saw the cleaners when i was leaving the room the following day but i don't believe they did a good job cleaning after my experience. More things I noticed: -the first room was missing one-use slippers (I assume it wasn't cleaned or attended to after the previous customer) -there is a big wardrobe when you first walk in but it's empty (meaning no robes) (not that it would've been clean anyways) -I didn't have breakfast there but i remember the restaurant having 3 or 4 tables

Dirty and old I've been here for a long time, everytime was fine, but this time it was so bad

I feels and smells like sheets are bit dirty tho. Otherwise everything is fine.

It was great!😆 we just got off our plane and went to our hotel and the staff quickly checked us in. The room was clean and spacious, had great night of sleep

I made my booking a month ago, but when I arrived, other guests had been given my reserved room. Since the hotel was already fully booked, they put me in a conference room instead. It was too late and raining outside, so I had no choice but to stay in that room for the night. When I contacted a Trip staff member, they understood the situation well and issued me a refund. I’m truly grateful to them. They worked very hard to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently, but unfortunately, I still had no choice but to stay there for the night.

I would love to stay again. i have stayed in lot of hotels in ereen city. I would say it is the best one.

Room floor wasn’t cleaned, there was stinky smell and big stains. Door and walls probably too thin. Too much noise at the night. I was able to hear the conversation of the neighbors. Employees were polite. Without smell, stains, and noise it could be good place to stay. Suddenly my experience wasn’t that good.

The rooms were well-appointed and impeccably clean. The hotel's ambiance was also very pleasant. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. The free parking was a big plus, making things very convenient. And the breakfast was both varied and delicious.
