Liladi Stone-Built Villa With Exclusive Pool.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The villa is beautiful inside and out, the view is absolutely stunning, and Nikolaos was an extremely generous host. 10/10 stay.

The villa was exactly as described. The hosts were very lovely and kept the pool in tip top condition.The location was fantastic, with breathtaking views. Foki beach was a very short drive away, perfect for a morning swim. Fiskado was also very close by for fine dining and super yacht spotting! We can recommend Ionian Discoveries for their daily boat trip from Fiskado to Ithaca and Kephallonia’s secluded bays.There are plenty of places locally to buy supplies. We never felt the need to go to the more touristy south end of the island. Obviously, a car is essential…..We would 100% book to stay here again….10 out of 10, A, 5 stars etc etc

The villa is rustic and authentic and the pool area is very pleasant; there were some provisions left in the fridge which was a nice touch. There is shade if you move loungers around the pool but no umbrellas. The bathroom is very basic and has no shower curtain or screen, thus taking a shower involves the floor getting soaked and we were only given one floor mat for the entire week. Inside the villa there was a long list of ‘rules’, but nothing giving information about cleaning/ emptying bins or the local area. As it turned out, there was no cleaning - all week. The bins were not emptied ( including the toilet bin in which you are requested to place your toilet paper - as with most of Greece); towels were changed after about 4 days. There were no cleaning products other than a dishcloth and 2 dishwasher tabs. As with some self catering villas, you will need to purchase toilet rolls as only two are provided. On the final day, although the app said checkout was up to midday, this wasn’t the case and the host made us feel a little uncomfortable until we left - just a little more basic communication the previous day around expectations would have not left us feeling so uneasy.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The view from the terrace over to Ithaca was stunning, a backdrop that it was impossible to tire of. Makis and Kassiani made us so welcome with homemade treats and were very helpful. We particularly appreciated how clean the villa was kept. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house was nicely furnished in a traditional manner while being well equipped. The pool was spacious with the same incredible view! Nikos was always quick to answer any queries and the overall feeling was of a personal touch and care to a high standard. We will certainly return!

Liladi - Peaceful and beautiful location Good sized property and pool. Ticked all the boxes. Very kind and friendly hosts. Beautiful views. You need a car to be able to get to tavernas or other resorts. Excellent for a relaxed and chill out holiday in very picturesque surroundings.

An exceptional property Villa Liladi is a simply wonderful villa. My wife and I had a two-week holiday based there and can unreservedly recommend it. Its location is perfect, affording peaceful and stunning views from its terrace of the seas separating Kephalonia from the smaller island of Ithica and the Greek mainland. It is also just some 4 km from the lovely, busy harbour (‘Yachty’ ) town of Fiskardo and just 3 km from the heavenly uncrowded beach at Foki Bay and others near-by. The villa itself is charming, built on a traditional style, and is well equipped for all needs, especially the lovely private swimming pool to enjoy. One of the unexpected delights of the villa is the on-site presence of the housekeeper Makis and his wife, who live discretely in an apartment below the villa. They efficiently answered any queries we had, provided first class service tending the pool etc and gave us home-made treats from their kitchen during our stay. This gesture and the villa itself made our holiday memorable. An exceptional property.

Wonderful stay! We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lliladi. The views from the villa across to Ithaca were stunning and the property itself was immaculate. Makis and his wife who were the housekeepers living downstairs couldn’t do too much for us. They helped with everything and any small issues were solved in an instant! The villa is in a wonderfully peaceful location yet a stones throw from buzzing Fiskardo and the gorgeous local beaches.Nikos the owner was very responsive to our every need. We will definitely be back!
