Garner Hotel Erlangen Süd by IHG ★★★★
"Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was comfortable and everything was generally fine. However, it would have been nice to have at least a few paper cups in the room for drinking water. It’s a small detail, but it would make the stay more convenient."
Zeitwohnhaus Suite Hotel & Serviced Apartments ★★★
"The hotel is very convenient. Check-in and check-out are all done on the phone. The room is very clean and the air conditioning works well."
Holiday Inn Express ERLANGEN by IHG ★★★
"A simple yet sophisticated business experience! Spacious desk, ample power outlets, excellent sound insulation, instant hot water, and attentive, unobtrusive service—enjoy a comfortable stay even when you're on a tight schedule."
Holiday Inn - the niu, CURE ERLANGEN by IHG ★★★
"Pleasantly surprised. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very polite and friendly. Amazing breakfast. Would definitely book again, and highly recommend."
B&B HOTEL Erlangen-Süd ★★
"In addition to the price, everything else is good."
Hotel Luise ★★★
"The breakfast buffet is truly excellent. The service is also good. However, entering the room is like stepping back in time: the bathroom tiles are from the late 70s, the terrycloth curtains are from the same era, and the bedside rug would have made any respectable housewife in the 60s proud. The floral pattern on the bed frame and the armchair clash completely. The Buddha's teachings in the desk drawer seem rather contrived. Guests are presented with calming words by Anselm von Grün – presumably to help them remain calm upon seeing the curtains. When asked at reception, they noted that many rooms have already been renovated, but apparently not all. Therefore, it's advisable to request a renovated room. As mentioned before, the breakfast buffet was indeed very good."
B&B Hotel Erlangen-Tennenlohe ★
"Super"
Novotel Erlangen ★★★
"Clean and orderly."
Hotel Villa Erlen ★★★

Hotel Und Gasthof Ritter St. Georg
"I really enjoyed my stay at Gasthof St. Georg Ritter. The place feels cozy and welcoming, with a nice traditional atmosphere, and everything was clean and comfortable. The food was honestly excellent. The dishes were freshly prepared, very tasty, and served in generous portions. The schnitzel and meat dishes were perfectly cooked, the sauces were rich and flavorful, and the sides were fresh and well done. You can tell they care about quality here. What made the experience even better was the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone was kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome. All in all, a great place to stay and eat. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Erlangen."
The Kepos Hotel Erlangen
"Wonderful small hotel, fully digitalized, access to hotel, rooms, sauna etc. by phone, something habitual but then very practical. Rooms with love furnished to the detail. Equal-like restaurant right in front, specialized in Tapas. There also the great breakfast. Many small shops and coffees in the surroundings. The city centre walks."
Altstadthotel Grauer Wolf
"Very bad, Ctrip is suspected of cheating money, the price is ridiculously high, the service is very bad, I will not choose Ctrip again! I suggest you don't use Ctrip as a platform! I am preparing to sue Ctrip!"
Hotel Grille
Kral - Residenz Erlangen
"I had stayed in Residenz Kral in Nov 24. It has spacious room and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay (kitchen, dining table, work table, cupboards). The breakfast is also good and has decent spread. The people at reception area friendly and helpful."
Landhotel Und Gasthaus Polster
"The hotel is situated in Kosbach, a village near Erlangen. Very nice surroundings and the hotel with restaurant in a former farmhouse is romantic. Parking is good and close to the hotel. My room was large, friendly, clean, a big bed, a fabulous bathtub in the bathroom. Nothing amiss, all very positive. There is a tiny elevator/lift if you aren't up to using stairs. I did not eat at the restaurant, but the menu looks very tempting! I did have a bad breakfast experience but that was solely due to the woman serving, who overlooked me one hundred percent while asking at the neighboring tables (a couple and a group) constantly whether anything was needed. Coffee, tea, scrambled eggs were brought, used plates taken. Me? I was unable to catch her eye, not for lack of trying. Nearly comical how she never once glanced my way but scuttled off, head down. The husband sitting at the next table with his wife had noticed this and at some stage called "Hello!" and she immediately turned and asked what he wanted. He pointed to me and said: "this lady wants another coffee!" - She then "noticed" me and did bring a coffee, wordlessly and without any "enjoy" or the like. Quite strange. So do skip breakfast if you travel alone. Other than that the place is really good for overnight stays. Other perks: Around the hotel are ponds characteristic for the fishery and aquaculture that's traditional to the whole area. Carp is harvested here and right next to the hotel is Fishery Oberle, a historic fishery with a brewery and a very good carp restaurant. And Erlangen does have quite a few attractions, the botanical garden as an example."
Gasthof & Metzgerei Zur Einkehr
"The room is spacious and suitable for business stay (good office, good WiFi). Breakfast is right but with little sugar proposals (and no vegetables last day)."
Apartment Hotel Kral - Business Hotel & Serviced Apartments
"I recently moved to Germany (April 2026) and opted for Hotel Kral for 6 months!! The services are really good and its very hygiene It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for a bit of luxury at an affordable price in Erlangen The location is the biggest win—it’s just a 10-minute walk from the Erlangen Train station making it so easy to get around. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, including strong Wi-Fi for my video calls"
