The Best Part is the awesome Location. The Second Best part are the friendly staff right from the receptionists Abhija, Sijo to Manager Ashwin to the Chef Sanu o the Owner Mam who Stays there Mrs Robin Lee who is more than willing to act our guide through nature walking and Bird Watching. The guided forest trek leading to a beautiful stream and dem of traditional bamboo cooking by the camp fire are all an experience to create memories. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. A 5 star recommendation from everyone in my family including my 2 teen daughters.

The overall food experience during our stay was very disappointing. On the check-in day, we were served lunch, which was acceptable. However, dinner included beef mapas, which was of very poor quality. The next morning, after having the buffet breakfast, I started feeling extremely tired and experienced abdominal pain, which led to a hospital visit. Later, when we returned to the restaurant and requested kanji, it was served with a foul smell and a bitter taste, clearly indicating it was spoiled. It’s concerning that the food quality is not being properly checked before serving. On the positive side, your staff's service was generally good, though at times they were overly persistent in asking about our experience, which felt unprofessional and reflected a lack of training. Given the high rates charged for the resort and food, the quality did not meet expectations at all.

Nice peaceful stay, Friendly staff. Trekking and traditional cooking demo is nice. The waterfalls in the end of the trekking is amazing. Independent cottage gives privacy. Food delivering in the restaurant is very tasty. A mountain view swimming pool and lots of fruit plants are there in the property.

All amenities with natural habitat and good sense of local cuisines, Maram blends modernity with nature at its best. Room was spacious with open tub and portable jaccuzi and food was also decent enough. More Kids related aminities can be included further.

The location and the property is great. The road leading to property is a bit risky, take care. Staff was very supportive and courteous. Food was heavily overpriced and not tasty. They had a Kumbam kachal session (demo cooking) and small trek to waterfall. We enjoyed that.

The service was good and staff were friendly and cooperative and the trekking was fun, but the food was overpriced and it lacked quality. The food options were limited. The pool was not clean and the jacuzzi was upstairs and was having limited privacy. The main difficulty we faced was the road to the resort. The road was pathetic which caused our ride hectic.

Overall an amazing experience for vacation times.Elegant furnished rooms,sweet breakfast.The most wonderful thing I loved about is their jeep safari and trekking.Must be experienced at least once in life time a stay at this resort. Overall wonderful experience.

Breathtaking views, peacefulll with one of a kind villas. Many free activities like the morning trek, clean pool, games room and traditional performance on the location that will keep you entertained all day. Food was average but the staff is very helpful.
