實在是我們這次摩洛哥旅行的高潮！默哈默德和阿里還有所有的酒店staff像家人一樣招待了我們，他們每個人都熱情友好。
到了帳篷區我們先去體驗了騎駱駝看日落，然後回到營地。默哈默德和阿里與我們一起聊了很多有趣的沙漠見聞以及摩洛哥的故事。到了晚餐時間，我們本來對沙漠裏的食材和豐富度沒什麼期待，沒想到竟然是我們在摩洛哥最好吃的晚餐，南瓜湯鮮美，塔吉鍋鮮香適口，芝士茄子也很符合中國人口味，還沒來得及拍照都被我們吃光了。夜晚的篝火晚會是一天的亮點。所有人都是音樂高手！晚上還一起玩了猜謎的遊戲。
第二天司機大叔早早起來帶我們看沙漠日出，然後享受了新鮮美味的早餐。塔吉鍋蛋也是最好吃的！接着默哈默德用他的長長的頭巾給我做造型拍照，非常專業！
這次沙漠的營地真的異常完美！留下了此生難忘的回憶！

The Sahara is a place beyond your imagination, Royal Luxury camp staff make the experience excellent beyond expectations.. especially Mohammed! The food prepared by the staff, which is included in the overall cost, was excellent. I would definitely recommend this luxury camp as it is located in the sandy dunes of the desert, unlike some others that are not. The owner of the camp, Hfid, is very accommodating and took time to show us several near-by historic villages and accommodated out every request. I expect to return.

We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights at the Royal Luxury Camp. The accommodations were excellent (and not just by desert standards) - the tents were well appointed and very comfortable. The shower with hot water felt great after a day in the desert. The location of the camp was great - it’s far away from others, right near high dunes. The stars at night were beautiful. Hafid and his staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food in the camp was very good.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! We loved our time in the desert at the Royal Luxury Camp. We spent two nights. The camp location cannot be beat - you are in the middle of the desert with luxury accommodations with a comfortable extra large bed, hot water and lots of space in the glamping tent. Excellent breakfast and dinner, with friendly and kind staff available to help at all times. We really enjoyed sharing in traditional drumming on our last night at the camp. Hfid was incredibly kind and arranged a private camel sunset ride for my husband and I on our last night. We left from the camp, which was so convenient! Thank you, Hfid for the wonderful stay and very special experience 😊 If you’re visiting Morocco, you must see the Sahara. Don’t skip out on this experience, and don’t book on the outskirts of the desert. Book here. You won’t be disappointed!!!

What an incredible experience this was. Hafid and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The setting was spectacular and peaceful. The staff was so friendly and hospitable. The drum circle was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We enjoyed learning about the culture. A once in a lifetime experience.

We're glad to have had the experience, but it was not all that was promised. Pros: We arrived earlier than expected and were able to get a light lunch and be shown to our rooms without difficulty. Electricity in the tents as promised and beds very comfortable. Lovely sunset camel ride. Food was very good. Evening entertainment - signing, music, and some dancing around the fire - was good and the staff very friendly. Sandboarding available on a "bunny hill" next to camp. Cons: The driver arranged by the camp from Errachidia to the camp's meeting point (Dream Cafe in Merzouga) was overpriced and did not make the stops we requested (among other things, we requested picking up water as a first stop; we eventually got water a couple of hours later after several reminders). One stop he did make was for some head scarfs that we were interested in, but at a place that was extremely overpriced (you can get them cheaper anywhere else without bargaining). The driver talked on the phone while driving much of time (not about to anything related to our trip), and drove substantially over the speed limit. He was friendly, but I cannot recommend him. Only 1 of our party of 4 got a hot shower. Another tried both in the evening and again in the morning and only got cold water both times. One of the reasons we selected this camp was that they said there would be heat in the tents. There was not. Visit to nomad family occurred, but we didn't actually get to speak to the family as we expected, only to see a bit of their camp and have a cup of tea with little explanation and no interaction.

Staying at Royal Luxury Camps was nothing short of a dream. It was above and beyond expectation with respect to ambiance, customer service, and overall experience.
First we were met by Hafid, who is in ancredibly kind and knowledgeable man with respect to the desert and surrounding cities. He was flexible with arrival times, gave us free tea after our long drive, and then toured us into the desert at sunset, explaining various Berber traditions along the way. We were led to a beautiful camp, incredibly quiet, well maintained, with running water for showers and toileting, as well as a central rest area around a beautiful camp fire. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was provided on the site, flexible to our schedule whenever we asked, and prepared on site by incredible cooking staff (by the lovely Farid who cooks for entire wedding parties). Our room was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable, with no bugs (despite many bugs coming out at night in the desert). The room is hot during the day, but at night very comfortable. There were many beautiful dining areas mounted on the dunes, so as to enjoy the sunset or sunrise with meals and tea. There is a telescope and tam tam drums to enjoy using at night as well. You are free to walk about the camp, and even beyond into the desert, just careful to not get lost! Hafid will personally come find you should you run into trouble (as we did one night coming back from a sunset walk).
