Still here at the hotel. After pool closing today it's out with the old in with the new. New sun loungers delivered and being put out.. Visible management presence around the hotel over the last few days. Seems to be very positive going forward.

Took my 6 month old baby and it was lovely. The room was large with twin beds pushed together and they added a travel cot for us. It was very clean and tidy. The balcony was spacious with chairs and a table. Maids serviced it every day. The shower was okay power-wise it did randomly send out bursts of very hot water! The food was good. Breakfast was the same every day but lunch and dinner changed daily. The tables were always very clean and the staff were very lovely - they were all great with my baby and there were plenty of highchairs! All inclusive drinks were okay - the cocktails weren't great, far too sweet and not enough alcohol. They had Estrella on tap which was good. They serve spirits from a machine so you sometimes have to ask for a double measure! The evening entertainment was really good but only for an hour from 9.30, I would have liked a little longer. I didn't use the main pool but it looked clean and was never too full, there seemed to be enough sun beds for everyone that wanted them. Kids pool was good and warm enough for my baby as it was in the sun all day - everyone would have benefited from some of the older kids (10+) using the main pool though! My main negative was that the maids would clean nearby rooms very early and wake us. All-inclusive finishes at 10am on the day of departure which isn't great if you have a later flight but they do ensure you get a breakfast and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away.

We've just got back from an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Really clean hotel with friendly staff and un an ideal location. There is a 5 a side football pitch which is great if your kids like football. There are also plenty of day time activities for them throughout the day. The food was absolutely fine but we preferred to eat out as the area has many places to eat that are great value. We would go back to the area and would be happy to stay here again. Like previous comments it could do with a good painting as not the best looking hotel in a picturesque area.

This was a great value for money holiday & our second time staying. Rooms are basic but clean. Like most all inclusives it can feel a bit repetitive towards the end of the week but the food was good. The staff are great, throughout the hotel. In particular the entertainment team are great with the kids. My children really enjoyed themselves & didn't leave the pool much, except to get more more food or join other activities with the entertainment team. We would be more than happy to come back again!

The hotel is a basic 3 star. Clean but dated rooms. No fridge, kettle or extras. The main problem with this hotel is the noise. The doors have no soft closures and the walls are so thin that you hear everything. Here now, was woken at 5am with some girls having a rowdy after party on the sofa on the landing. The all onc bar here closes at 11am.but locally bars are open until 3.30am and later if you venture out in a taxi. Being woken is not uncommon. No duvets. Just sheets and itchy blankets. We had three people in our room with two blankets and 4 pillows to share. The beds are very hard. The pool is great. Staff friendly and welcoming. Food is basic but you will not starve - snack bar open from 10-6 serving burgers, hotdogs, toasties and fries if you do not like what's on offer in the dining room. The bread is fresh daily. Desserts really repetitive and the salad is all soaking wet. Many items of food in the dining room are not labelled as to what they are or what they are made with. Ice creams and lollies are available almost all day. Drinks are sweet and very watered down but this is not a bad thing for a family resort. Tea - HORRIBLE - bring your own tea bags. Water - from a machine and chemical tasting - no bottled water available at the bars so buy from across the road. Entertainment provided day and night and cannot fault the effort. The inside bar area serves drinks in the same plastic cups as by the pool and this for me ruins the whole experience. Basic soap and shower gel in rooms. No conditioner, shower caps anything extra. Towels require deposit plus a euro each time you want them washed. The acoustics in both dining room and entertainment room are awful and would really benefit from some panels to improve. The location is fab - you can easily walk into town where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. The hippy market is worth a visit. There is a ferry to Formentara from the town about 25-30 euro per adult. A taxi into old town is 30 euros and well worth it for a day trip. A cheap all inclusive that could be so much better if only a few simple improvements - don't be put off though it's not the worst just budget for water and a few meals out!

The hotel has a lot of positives and also quite a few negatives, rooms are very very basic, as a family of 5 we’re all struggling with the food, it’s limited choices at the buffet. The staff work extremely hard to keep things clean and tidy and entertain people, the wrist bands are what opens doors which has been a god send not having to carry a room key round. Location is ok, hotel pool extremely overlooked by other hotels. It’s a good holiday on a budget

Overall the hotel was ok. Good for the children they can get food and drinks on tap. Entertainment was good the staff work hard and very friendly getting the children to join in. Room are ok very clean. Not kettle, no fridge. Had TV and there were English channels. The only down fall is the checking time is 11. Once you have checked out you cannot get any more food or drinks, if you have a late flight home. Or you have to paid €30.00 pp. I’ve never heard of this before, even TUI wouldn’t help.

Myself and my sister stayed here for 4 nights and was joined by my 2 cousins the day after. We was abit nervous about the hotel at first as read some reviews and they wasn't the best, but tbh we thought the hotel was abit dated but was spotlessly clean all staff did a fantastic job and was friendly. Daniel the entertainment guy was fab and friendly. The rooms was dated but fine n cleaned every day , food was no problem for a 3 star and snack bar was good n a great choice of food there. The drinks was ok but we did have to ask for doubles to feel tipsy 🙃 all in all a good hotel for the price in a fabulous area and beautiful beach. I would return but think the only negative was wristband gets removed on check out n if u have a late flight you can't use the AI after that and also you don't get tea/coffee in rooms and after 11pm you can get any .
