Absolutely amazing place ! The most genuine welcome I have ever received from a hotel. The staff, and that’s everyone from reception, restaurant, bar staff, housekeepers, kitchen team and maintenance team made a point of speaking to the guests and smiling all the time no matter how many times they saw you during the day. Bedrooms are amazing, food was very good and varied every day with lots of items cooked to order ie steaks, seafood or omelettes for breakfast, with a mixture of local and international food to suit all tastes. The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean, the swimming pool is sparkling with comfortable loungers that are spacious and you never feel crowded. The hotel is blessed with an exceptional team who seamlessly flow from one language to another speaking to the guests. We celebrated our anniversary with a complimentary bottom of champagne in the mini bar on arrival, our room had a balcony overlooking the sea and sitting watching the horses on the beach, or sunset at the end of the day has been truly magical. The Malibu Cafe next to the hotel offers really good food a short walk from the hotel and overlooking the beach. We hired a car for a few days to explore the island and the price was extremely reasonable, plus you get a discount through the hotel, they arranged a taxi to take us to pick up the car and then again to return when we dropped it off. Car parking on site was immediately arranged. Nothing is too much for the hotel, and everything is within a short walk, drive or bus away. Thank you, for looking after us, we will definitely see you again.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Santo Thomas hotel in Menorca this October, and it was an unforgettable experience. Having visited this resort many times in the 1980s, we always admired this beautiful hotel but could only afford to stay at the Sol Hotel next door. This year, we were looking for a relaxing break and managed to book a room at the Santo Thomas hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a wonderful receptionist who gave us such a warm welcome. Despite booking late, the receptionist informed us of an available room upgrade, and we immediately said yes upon seeing it. The suite was spacious, but the best part was the stunning view. The food at the hotel was amazing, with plenty of choices for everyone. All the staff were friendly and did their utmost to look after all guests. The pool area was excellent, with plenty of beds and a lovely beach bar, even though we didn't spend much time there. Every area of the hotel was spotlessly clean. We can't recommend the Santo Thomas hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning next year, for a longer stay this time.

We spent an unforgettable week in a truly enchanting place. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest and most welcoming staff who were always ready to assist us with a smile. Their friendliness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was nothing short of extraordinary, Without a doubt, we will return in the future, as this experience has left a lasting impression on us.

This was our second visit to this hotel, having come in 2023. As soon as we arrived we were met with the most lovely welcome by Alex on reception, and this set the tone for the whole holiday. This is the best hotel, by far, that we have ever stayed in. The facilities are great, the hotel is extraordinary clean, and the food very acceptable for buffet food, and the chefs are always checking to make sure it is kept hot and replenished. There is also a hot cooking station where there is a chef who will cook meat or fish individually for you. The grounds and pool area is stunning having been completely refurbished. The swimming pool has been remodelled and is less deep, which is great for me as a non-swimmer, although I do understand some people who are swimmers may be disappointed. The grass area for the sunbeds has gone and replaced with individual areas of cement connected by paths. Each individual sunbed area has its own sunshade, and there are local shrubs planted all around the outside of each area. This works really well making each area more private. Our room was large with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, on the second floor. It had a lovely bathroom with both bath and shower. Water, tea, coffee and milk was replenished daily for us. Finally, besides the fantastic position on the coast, lovely pool and sunbed area, fantastic food and ultra cleanliness, what really made this hotel was the staff. Every single person from reception, restaurant staff/chefs, cleaners and maintenance people made us extremely welcome. Not one of them would pass you without at least acknowledging you, and several would start a conversation. We enjoyed this holiday so much, we have already booked to come back June 2025.

Fantastic relaxing week in this idyllic location by the beach. Very smart hotel, clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Great food, spacious room with fridge. Excellent breakfast choice and choice of meat and fish freshly cooked on grill in restaurant every evening as well as hot and cold self serve buffet. Beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Supermarket next door and beautiful coastal walks.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by the truly fabulous team. They were kind,caring and extremely considerate to our needs. The room was excellent, the food was wonderful, and the ambiance was perfect. Rarely these days do you find exceptional service that is genuine and consistent but at Seth Santo Tomas hotel, it comes as standard. A very special mention to Mafe, Rafe, Alex, Juan Ramon and Norada, (there were others but we cannot remember their names, sorry!) Their kindness made our stay even better.
