Terrible over the total line. Breakfast can only be taken from 8:00. When on a business trip this is unacceptable. Nice terrace to sit after work, but no bar. No restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, you need to drive minimum 20 minutes to find one. Finishing of the rooms is terrible. The floor ain't flat, the laminate floor is probably the lowest quality you can buy. The bathrooms are terrible. Loos like a DIY guy has ben doing the job, but then not the handiest guy.... All exterior woodwork could definitely use some paint. (and cleaning) No TV in the rooms luckily there is free WiFi.
