Very prime location. Everything is amazing, except - 1) provide no free toothpaste and toothbrush during your stay 2) pool is very small and not heated pool. It has dirts and sand at the bottom that you can see through 3) pray you next door neighbour is not loud and making noises as you will hear them

I arrived at 2:30 PM, thinking check-in was from 2 PM, but was surprised to see a sign on the reception window stating they would open at 5 PM on Christmas Day. There was no prior notification, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, it was clean and the water pressure was good, but the musty smell and stickiness of the room carpet bothered me a lot, as I'm quite sensitive to smells. While the value for money wasn't great, I didn't have many other options given the season.

The Comfort Inn Bay of Isles in Esperance truly offers a fantastic stay, perfectly blending comfort with an unbeatable location. Situated directly opposite the stunning Esperance Bay foreshore, the views are breathtaking, and it's just a short, convenient stroll to the town center, local shops, and delightful dining options. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the mini-fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee facilities, adding a touch of home comfort. While some guests have noted that the decor might be a little dated, the overall cleanliness and functionality of the rooms are consistently praised.

Great place to stop on the way to or from the Nullabor. Room was huge and water pressure was great for a good hot shower to rinse all the dust off. Parking right outside unit too.

Best service

This motel was pretty good, quite clean, and the service was very friendly. The rooms were quite spacious, but only about a third of the bathroom window could be opened; the room itself had no windows, and the curtains led to a hallway that couldn't be opened, making it feel a bit stuffy! Everything else was fine. Parking was convenient, with cars parked right outside. Their dinner was quite good; we ordered steak, fish, and two beers for 112 Australian dollars, which was acceptable.

The hotel is well located on the waterfront with a beautiful park outside the hotel along the waterfront. The food in the western restaurant attached to the hotel is very delicious, with fresh and steak from the sea, the ribeye steak and weekly seafood soup I ordered were great! If you drive Western Australia to visit here, especially to Esperance and Cape Le Grand beaches are very beautiful.

The attitude of the front desk staff is extremely bad. I scored zero points for this stay. It is marked as a four-star hotel but it is not worth even one star.
