Antonio the owner was very pleasant, helpful and professional and my expectations were met . The room was very clean and self sufficient . The bed was comfortable and my room was cleaned everyday The people were so friendly and welcoming and I felt comfortable . Great area the cars just stop to let you cross the road the people seem so patient and calm. The shops and train station are a stone throw away . The restaurant have lots of local people and the food was great the seafoods 10/10 . I loved the pastry shops and the mini supermarket, fantastic. Your so close to the beach the sound of waves is awesome I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely recommend it.

This place is so damp, mouldy and dirty that we complained to the owner after the first night (we booked three nights for two adults and two children). He got very angry, even physical, and threw us out immediately. We did not get a refund. We payed 540 Euros for three nights and could have booked a very decent hotel for that money. We were happy to leave, though, because it must be a health risk staying in such mouldy rooms. We expect that the positive posts on Tripadvisor and elsewhere are fake posts written by the owner himself. Do not stay here - this is a scam.

Fantastic week end at this hotel! Service was fantastic (hosted by the owner Antonio) Comfortable room, clean, TV, Wifi. Overall i highly recommend this unique and special hotel (guesthouse) it is in a great location! Thank you Antonio we will back!

Unfortunately we did not get to experience this holiday as we could not travel due to the restrictions. We were however assured that we could re book when the time was right... We have tried over the last 2 years to re book and have been unsuccessful. We booked through *********** and they passed us on to the property directly to sort it out. After many unsuccessuful emails we phoned directly and we were dismissed abruptly. We have been thrown from *********** to property and back again! We are extremely disappointed and appreciate that everyone has been affected by the pandemic. We are hard working, honest very understanding and we would have no problem paying a little extra if needed. We would like to wish the brightest of blessings to all involved and hope that the learning will help in the future

It's right on the beach, and in the middle of everything. It's about a give minute walk to the train station. The room came with a refrigerator and had a clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but the air conditioning was not the best. I would visit there again. The owners were great.

1. O espaço interior é muito acolhedor, limpo e organizado. 2. Durante a noite, notamos algum barulho vindo do exterior, o que causou algum incómodo, mas que não é propriamente responsabilidade do proprietário. 3. No geral, a experiência foi boa e recomendamos!

Tiene una Ubicacion muy buena pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas ( agobiantes ) y sin mucho servicio! Para pasar una noche y nada mas! Para el precio que tiene hay otras muchas opciones en Espinho! Hay comedor pero te clavan 2€ por una capsula de cafe cuando al lado hay un bar que te cobran 1€ recien hecho!

Ubicación inmejorable justo frente al mar. Sitio bonito y limpio. La única pega es que la cocina y la sala de estar son zonas comunes y no dejan cocinar solo calentar comida en el microondas. Si quieres cafe o alguna bebida caliente tienes que pagarla. (Bar autoservicio vamos).Te hacen la cama y te cambian las toallas todos los días.
