There were lots of bilberries growing around the lodge.
You need to let the lodge know two hours before you want dinner.
The lodge staff don't have showers in their rooms, so you need to ask at the front desk to borrow one.
There are only a few staff members, but they are all polite.
The toilets were sustainable.

Best part: Service, lovation, rooms The room looked nice and was clean. Service was amazing, really personal. Instructions were really clear and we heard more than just the necessary things. There could be more food options during the evenings. Also, the sauna was quite expensive, although nice.

A lovely little hotel nestled right in Nuuksio with hiking trails starting practically at the doorstep. The room was perfectly adequate, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Service throughout our stay was warm and welcoming. We appreciated the restaurant’s concept of a changing menu based on seasonal and available ingredients, and the food did not disappoint. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring high-quality fish and fresh, still-warm buns. The entire experience was marked by moderation and quality and visible commitment to sustainability.

We stayed with our company and we really loved our time there. Staff and food was amazing, and also there was huge selection of beers and other soft drinks 🤩 Breakfast was simple but delicious. Rooms were clean and roomful. I can’t wait to get there again.

The Hotel was so nice and the whole staff was so helpful and nice. Rooms and sauna were also very clean and beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was really good, quality over quantity is always a good choice. We had a great weekend. Thank You!

Cozy accommodation with all the necessities. Lots of outdoor activities. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was good! :) Only minus was the noises that the heating pump and the toilet were making. Thus, I wouldn't recommend the glamping tent for light sleepers.

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway together at this cozy and friendly hotel! Ecological and sustainable and they are not afraid to show it, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful scenery and many ways to spend the day outdoors. Bed was super comfy! However, the toilet was very small and there was no dessert at the restaurant. Food was delicious though!

Fantastic glamping experience in the forest and lakes of Nuuksio National Park. Great access to walks/hikes/trails, thoughtfully designed glamping tents, fantastically simple and delicious locally sourced food. We even picked our own blueberries in the forest just outside our tent! Yum! Loved this special place. Only thing missing is a real (wood) sauna down at the lake.
