Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming,which made the whole experience even better. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.I would definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel and great staff. The breakfast was nice and the terrace was lovely to spend the evening or afternoon getting some sun. The decor was lovely. Great price. Well located close to the entrance by Supratours arrival station.

This Riad was at the outer edges of the Medina and was on a street that had low foot traffic and felt a bit scary at night. The price was quite low but I was expecting something nicer based on the photos posted here. In reality, it is very dim, dank and my room was incredibly small and felt dirty. The door felt like a closet door and I was concerned about the safety of my belongings. I would have paid a bit more for something a bit more comfortable. I did not look forward to coming back to the room at night.

we had a bit of trouble finding the riad when we arrived, however it is well signed so once we got our bearings we had no trouble spotting it. Breakfast included delicous pancakes and fruit which was more than we expected. The room was on the small side- however it was cosy and clean. The Riad is located along a narrow dim alley so it may be a bit scarey at night for solo travellers- but i think you'll find this is typical of many riads in town away from the main streets. Lovely rooftop terrace!

This hotel is incredible value for money. It’s beautifully appointed and the staff (especially Hammed) and breakfast are lovely. My only gripe is with its location. Having stayed in other riads I found this location noisier that others as its on a main thoroughfare. This was no doubt because our room faced the said thoroughfare. We stayed in room 30 which was bright and airy but was quite small so we struggled with space. If I were to stay again, which I would happily do, I would probably choose a larger room towards the back of the riad and I would also book direct/pay on arrival in cash, since I found out afterwards that the website I booked through took 20% of the charge plus an additional 4% for paying in advance by card

I chose this riad for our last night in Morocco, but what a disappointment! Located near the Supratours "Bab Marrakech," I thought this riad had a rather romantic feel and would be nice for one night. Upon arrival, we found a large door locked from the inside; you have to knock to get in (odd). The welcome was very cold. We did, however, find a pretty room, clean both the sheets and the bathroom. Breakfast was quite good. But we had a very restless night; we had to ask the night watchman to turn down the volume on his computer. We were on the first floor, and he was listening to music and smoking a cigarette while we had the windows open. Regarding the reservation, we found that the owner cashed the check very quickly, without even notifying us that she had received our letter! It's up to you to decide.

Located in the medina but easily accessible as it's near the Marrakech gate. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but very small. There's no air conditioning, so in the summer you'll have to open the windows to get some fresh air, and even then, sleep isn't guaranteed because the medina is noisy. The welcome was charming, and a generous breakfast was served on the terrace.

Je laisse ce commentaire car je devais rencontrer la gérante avant mon départ, ce qui n’a pas été possible. Je souhaite simplement que ces éléments soient portés à sa connaissance afin d’être transmis à son équipe. À mon arrivée, on m’a attribué une chambre avec lits superposés. Le lit du bas était sale, les draps n’ayant pas été changés depuis le client précédent, ce qui n’est pas conforme aux standards attendus, comme en témoignent la photo horodaté jointe. J’ai également rencontré un souci concernant le paiement. Je pensais que la chambre avait déjà été réglée, tandis que la gérante m’indiquait le contraire. Après vérification, il s’est avéré que le paiement via PayPal n’avait finalement pas été débité malgré la confirmation de réservation. La situation a cependant été régularisée par la suite. Si votre établissement n’accepte pas PayPal, il serait utile de le préciser clairement lors de la réservation afin d’éviter ce type de confusion aux futurs clients. L’établissement qui bénéficie d’un bon emplacement. J’ajoute néanmoins que les nuits peuvent être perturbées par des personnes bruyantes et parfois en état d’ébriété dans la rue située au pied de l’établissement. Le service reste correct et le petit-déjeuner est copieux, de style traditionnel marocain, ce qui permet une immersion dans la culture locale. Dans ce contexte, je souhaite simplement que mes remarques soient entendues et traitées de manière constructive.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans ce petit hôtel Riad simple mais bien joli et propre, avec une terrasse bien agréable pour un très bon petit déj. Il est également très bien situé. L'hotel est petit, les parties communes sont exigues et les portes des chambres n'étant pas insonorisées puisque en bois peintes, on a un peu l'impression d'être dans le couloir. La terrasse n'est pas très agréable sur le toit et petite elle aussi. Les chambres sont propres et la propriétaire française est sympathique. Un hotel bien pour une halte d'une nuit mais pas pour un séjour de 3 nuits comme nous l'avons fait (couple avec 1 ado). Un hotel qui reste correct mais il doit y avoir meilleur rapport qualité/prix à Essaouira.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à l'Hôtel Emeraude, certes, il est près d'un parking, donc pratique pour transporter les bagages. Les chambres sont cependant exigues, ainsi que la salle de bain, mais dans l'ensemble est correct et la déco de bon goût. Nous aurions également apprécié rencontrer les propriétaires...
