JustStay Essen Hotel & Apartments

Clean, modern, tidy rooms! Check in was really easy. Had a great stay for a good price! I surely recommend this hotel!

Small room but ideally placed for the exhibition halls. Will use again as it’s the first time using a place with no staff in the hotel it was weird entering to not be greeted but all worked well and will use again in the future.

Highly recommended. Hotel is next to metro station. Walking distance to Messe Fair, also have a lot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are newly renovated, free coffee and tea are provided. The common rooms/areas are excellent to meet business partners. I definitely will book this hotel in next year.

Nice and private

Great place

Room was clean but you are kept up all night with doors banging and opening. The doors are an auto lock via password and make load opening noises. Also the corridor doors are on strong spring that slam shut so if you want a good night sleep find a different hotel as there’s no getting away from the noises

The fact there are no staff at all makes the phone customer service even more important but they did not keep their word and in fact thought it amusing that I may have to call them at midnight because my code was not working as promised. The area on a weekend can also be loud with party goers. I did not like it alas but there are plenty of shops and places to eat and the place looks good on the surface. What was bad was the room was not serviced and it was too cold.
