Need to pay $25 for a underground parking otherwise take your own risk to park outside the hotel in the 1.5hrs parking zone. And even I paid in full, I still need to povide a credit card and got hold $100, refund will be in 4-5days after check out.

is a very nice hotel. i love it ao much. Nice room large and comfortable bed, i am surprise it come together a single bed in the room. The gym is amazing feom Snap fitness.

There is no direct call from room to reception counter or room service, at least no clear indication in the entire room how to reach reception counter or room service.
Housekeeping is very poor. The housekeeper always forgets to provide even the tiny tooth paste daily. I have to go down to the reception counter to request, including requesting for other stuff like slipper, soap, etc.
The breakfast also has limited choices of food.

Clean and quiet, with friendly staff. Room service was provided daily. The location isn’t ideal if you want to be close to the CBD. Since reception isn’t on the ground floor, it might be a bit tricky to find at first.

It is a hotel located at a complex of shopping centre and residential building
The room is big and the bed is super comfortable. We had good sleep for all the nights

Location is great. It is about 20km from Melbourne cbd. With a rental car, we can get to cbd in 30-40 minutes. Hotel is connected to M-city shopping center. There are supermarkets and restaurants; thus super convenient. Parking is provided for $25/day，which I think is a bit expensive.
The hotel room and bathroom are both quite spacious and clean. Wi-Fi is steady. All in all, en enjoyable stay at Park Royal Monash Melbournehotel.
