Nice living room, beds are small, pool very small and no so clean. Receptionist no charisma or friendly at all she hide on back room of the front desk And she says she is the manager but none of the front desk staff are friendly at all. Breakfast no bad, no tables on terrace to eat outside and see the scenary Toilet paper are on the wrong side of toilet installed. We was hopping to stay for one week, but stay only one night. Towels needs to be update. They ask for cash payment if you can. And are the only hotel to charge you as soon as you check in. So far the only employees really friendly was two gentleman who works in maintenance. The other staff just look at you and not even say hi . We suggest to check you rooms ,because most of the time you need to ask the unfriendly front desk for towels and toiletris. Location is good. But hard to get a taxi on that street if you do not want to drive on a bussy dowtown.We ask for some advise to explore that city with someone local but was not helpfull for us to find a secure or honest answer.

Great service from staff. Tip them. They work 6 days/week. Generally pretty quiet except Semana Santa week( I never stay) and after February(swim pool warm) when families visit week ends and swimming pool and nearby rooms super noisy. Have stayed here frequently since 2021 and have not seen a gym. They probably closed it years ago. Dining room can be really noisy when hotel has a business conference. Frequently. Esteli has 2 festivals. 1 before Christmas and another in Jan-March. Hotel Don Vito raises prices. 1st festival is a horse-cowboy/girl parade with marching bands etc. Interesting once. Wifi barely works in ground floor rooms back of hotel. Single room prices went up 40% February 2023. Good location near Calle commercial and Transporte North bus station. DM

Tuvimos una experiencia incómoda con el conserje durante nuestra estancia. Por la tarde, usamos la piscina y nos aseguramos de que los niños se secaran antes de entrar a las habitaciones a cambiarse. Más tarde, ya vestidos y secos, salimos a la sala común a ver televisión. Como éramos los únicos en el área, el conserje asumió erróneamente que los niños habían mojado el piso y les echó la culpa sin ninguna prueba. Esto los hizo sentir mal, ya que no entendían por qué los acusaban de algo que no hicieron. Esperábamos un trato más amable y profesional, especialmente cuando se trata de niños. Es importante que el personal sea más cuidadoso al hacer suposiciones y que maneje este tipo de situaciones con más respeto y empatía.

Pésimo, fue la experiencia más desagradable que he tenido le explico las razones. 1. Llegamos, saludamos y no contestaron el salido las personas de recepción 2. Cuando nos registramos no nos dijeron que el desayuno era antes de las 9:00 am en ningún momento 3..el aire acondicionado estaba extremadamente riudoso los baños sucios, la ropa de cama sucia y vieja, les pedí que me la cambiarán 4. Al siguiente día levante a mis dos niñas (2 y 5 años ) a las 9:03 subiendo al restaurante nos dicen 1ue ya no hay desayuno, voy hablar con 2l encargado y le digo que son las 9:03 que por 3 minutos no veo necesario que no les den el desayuno a mis niñas, el responsable solo dijo que no podía hacer nada, que el desayuno es GRATIS y que ellos no tenían quien lo hiciera porque no tenía pwrsonal,. Luego de unos minutos discutiendo llamó a unq mujer que se presentó, sin mascarilla, sin uniforme y me digo de la manera más déspota; quieres desayuno pues te doy gallo pinto.... lo qye me dio a entender 1ue si tenían desayuno y personal , lo que no querían eran atendernos, me moleste y le dije que subiría esta queja y solo dijo el encargado, SUBALA!!! LA EXPERIENCIA MAS DESAGRADABLE DE NUESTRAS VIDAS FUE ESA.

Compte tenu du niveau général des rares hôtels d’Esteli, c’est pas si mal. Mais ce n’est tout de même pas au niveau des standards internationaux. Ma chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur ; seulement une fenêtre qui donnait sur le corridor, donc en permanence fermée et occultée. Les chambres sont peu spacieuses, le système d’eau chaude efficace mais un poil inquiétant (le même que dans les chambres d’hôtes à Cuba, pour ceux qui connaissent) et l’ensemble est bruyant. On est à une bonne dizaine de minutes à pied de la place centrale dans un quartier qui ne m’a pas semblé spécialement insécure. Personnel serviable. L’établissement est constellé de citations de la Bible. Petit-déjeuner OK. De toutes façons, il n’y a pas grand chose à Esteli, malheureusement.

La habitación estaba Muy cómoda y limpia . Tuve una mala experiencia, Una de las personas de servicio me falto el respeto diciéndome una fea expresión, Solo por hacerle una simple pregunta. Deberían de contratar a personas Respetuosas.
