The hotel is in a great location, near many bustling restaurants, and a few minutes from the beach. But our room was very quiet. Also the room was newly renovated, immaculately clean. The owners are caring and helpful, very nice people. Estepona is an extremely pleasant beach town, lots of character. I’m glad we visited and stayed here.

We spent five very enjoyable nights in this hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Anthony & Amanda who explained everything we needed to know and provided a useful list of restaurants. Our room (number4) was spotless and spacious with a well equipped bathroom. There were parasols and beach towels available on the ground floor which was a nice touch. There was also a fridge containing water and beers for €2 . The location was excellent a few minutes from the prom and on a pedestrian street lined with restaurants. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Staying at Las Brisas exceeded all expectations, a very well kept building which is easy to find. It's a street away from the beach, has a wide variety of restaurants and bars around and pretty much everything is walking distance. The owners and crew are more than nice and available with recommendations and making sure the guests are fine.
Will definitely be back and I highly recommend booking your stay here!

Anthony & Amanda are great hosts who have put a lot of thought into their hotel, it's rooms and amenities. Always available should you need anything, or advice and so friendly.
We spent 10 days here and had a great time and our accommodation was perfect.
Highly recommend.
Points to note are, it's central in the old town on a beautiful street, close to everything you need in walking distance, it's modern, has great storage with plenty hangers in large wardrobe, bathroom very modern with a great shower, has air conditioning us a fan with light giving choice of either or both that we found very helpful.
Anothy & Amanda are so nice and have really thought of everything.

Very affordable stay in the heart of Estepona!
I loved every minute of the stay! The room was spacious, clean and quite modern and the couple running it all were super friendly and accommodating as they even upgraded me to a larger room on arrival. The location was also perfect, in the heart of Estepona with less than 1 min walk to the beach. I will definitely come back and totally recommend staying here.

The property was easy to find and the friendly host greeted us at the designated time. He also provided restaurant suggestions which were appreciated. The location is beautiful, with many good options for dining and walking. We’d be glad to stay there again.

It was better than expected. I would highly recommend it. Small room
but tastefully decorated and everything is brand new. Attention to detail all around. The hosts are amazing, they provided very useful information and good recommendations. Very attentive, they make you feel welcomed!
