The room was great and the staff friendly and helpful! We were there right after a big snowstorm and the parking lot was not cleared, so parking was very limited. Otherwise, we enjoyed it very much!

Great customer service from check in to check out! Very friendly and approachable. Rooms were older but well maintained and clean. Comfy beds and good water pressure. The rooms with the shower in the jetted corner tubs could probably use a longer shower curtain, and maybe a stool to set your towels so they don't get wet? Satellite TV access a bit wonky but there had been record snowfall!

The property was adorable and the staff were so kind. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect, especially during the snow storm. We loved the convenience of having everything we needed in our kitchenette. We will definitely come back.

My sister and I had a wonderful time at the Applenzel! Cody greeted us when we arrived. We also spoke with Emily, Jayden and Isaac. They were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at the Appenzel¡ We will be back!

Beautiful property. Clean and lovely rooms with literally everything you need to cook and clean. Huge rooms huge tubs! The kids had a blast at the pool! The staff was helpful and kind! Cody helped check us in and he was awesome. They had snores and lots of breakfast options! It was one of the best places we have been. Highly recommend we will be back.

Very happy with stay. Clean property and rooms. Only gripe was unexpected parking fee. Just put the price in the overall cost of room. Never a fan of surprise expenses.

I love the s’mores and that they offer them with the campfire outside of the office in the evening. Parking could possibly be challenging if they are super busy.

Great location and the rooms were really nice. Enjoyed the hot tub as well. Only thing that was lacking was the breakfast, bagels seemed stale and not much choice. Coffee could have been much better. Will probably stay here again but eat breakfast elsewhere.

Enjoyed hot tub and how close this property is to Rocky Mountain National Park - we had a large two bedroom unit with a fireplace and kitchenette. Bbq grills on property. Had everything we needed except an oven. Enjoyed our stay.

We’ve stayed here in and off for 20 years! It is a bit dated but always clean and working. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Our stay was perfect. The suite was clean, beds were comfortable and the view of the mountains out the window was great. The children enjoyed the pool, which was the perfect temperature. The staff were friendly. Would highly recommend Appenzell Inn.

This place was amazing! From the staff to the condition and cleanliness of the property. The only thing that I would say could be improved is the breakfast. Perhaps a few hot choices could be added. We will definitely stay again!

The room was great. Bed was a little hard so didnt sleep well. Loved the jetted tub for couples. Needs a little updating, but had a very nice stay.
