Все хорошо , единственно Света в туалете не было и проблему не смогли решить . А так чисто и уютно .

Ужасное отношение к клиентам…Забронировали номер будучи в дороге и оплатили (цена 12000), поднялись - посмотрели, оказалось он без балкона, попросили сменить за доплату категорию, чтоб получить балкон и вид на горы, на что получили от персонала предложение доплатить к уже оплаченной сумме 7 тыс.руб., при том, что цена этого номера на сайте всего на 2 тыс дороже либо вариант выехать, деньги не возвращают, оставляют в качестве неустойки 100% оплаты. Такое отношение в мире туристической деятельности - в диковинку. Жадность менеджмента и непрофессиональный подход впечатляют. Конечно же первый и последний раз у вас в гостях, максимально неприятное впечатление и осадок. Просто не респект👎

Отличное отношение, очень доброжелательный персонал! Вкусно и обильно кормят. Красивый вид и сам отель. Есть небольшие недочёты в виде износа некоторых предметов обхода. Не топ, но весьма приличная спа-зона (предоставляется бесплатно). В моё пребывание не привезли питьевую воду, но рядом есть магазин, а 7 минутах Перекрёсток. В номере чай/кофе. Сам номер уютный, чистый, есть все что надо. Я бы приехала снова. Больше всего понравилось чувство уюта и безопасности, вежливый отзывчивый персонал с приятными характерами. Девочки, вы няшки!
