Rixos Krasnaya Polyana Sochi

I do not recommend this hotel. The level of service is extremely low, problems with cleaning the rooms and communication with guests. The impression of the trip was completely ruined. We arrived together with a guest from another country, and he was given a room with a dirty toilet, unchanged pillowcases with hair, sticky surfaces, etc. The manager does not know how to resolve issues with guests. Will not set foot here again. The good thing is the breakfast. This is not even close to the level of service at Rixos.

Nice place, service, everything is fine, but the condition of the heated towel rail, for example, leaves much to be desired, there are smudges on the floor. I would start fixing such little things now, so that later it would not result in a loss of attractiveness. Breakfast/lunch and dinner are excellent, staff attitude is unbeatable

So amazingly good that it’s almost unusual! I never cease to admire the infrastructure of the resort and hotel, the work of the team, from junior employees to management. Every request is fulfilled with important clarifying questions and on time, the reception is always interested in the accommodation. Special thanks to the administrator Matvey and the concierge Eduard for their courtesy and attention to detail! We will definitely come back here in winter

So our two weeks of holiday in the magnificent "RIXOS" have ended. Chic, spacious room with two balconies and mountain views. Thank you for the perfect cleaning of the room. Snow-white and crisp bed linen, which is a pleasure to sleep on. The bathroom always has a full set of very pleasant L'occitane cosmetics. Breakfast is a special pleasure. There is a lot of everything, tasty and with love. A variety of omelettes, eggs Benedict, baked vegetables, fried pike perch and chicken fillet, cheesecakes, pancakes and my favorite cherry jam (pitted). Special thanks to Anna for her care and every morning oriental coffee (with Turkish delight and a glass of cold water). Shout out to all the laundry workers for their hard work. Everything is perfectly clean, ironed, smells delicious and on time. Of course I would like to mention the fantastic SPA. A large swimming pool, three separate ones with hydromassage, different baths, a real Turkish hammam. Try "floating" - an indescribable feeling. Thank you to Irina and Anna at the SPA reception for your care, smiles and good mood. There are many different restaurants on the mountain, but in most cases we preferred ours at the hotel. Salad of the freshest vegetables, crispy red mullet, chicken cutlets with mashed potatoes from the children's menu and various delicious herbal teas. Also special thanks to Chris and Elizabeth. And of course, I would like to mention the concierge service even more separately. A buggy ride in the mountains, a boat trip on a yacht, or getting a bouquet of gorgeous, incredibly smelling roses in a short time by 8:30 - that's all. Thank you very much to Veronica and Eduard! I definitely recommend it. Come to Rixos and get an unforgettable experience!
