Pros: Perfect location, just 20 meters from ski room to the lift, also access to night (7 to 10 pm skiing), ski passes available at reception. Room was spacious and clean, well equipped. Selection of 10 pillows, from ortho to herbal offered free of charge. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception, in restaurant and cleaning. Really well equipped medical center on first two floors on the hotel with focus on physiotherapist. I took 4 anti allergic baths and 4 mud treatments for my junctions and was charged only 120 euro for all. Cons: Pool area is too crowdy and noisy to relax. Food is quite average, choice is poor and lines are not properly organised.

Ездили с 5 летним ребенком. Отель отличный! Везде чисто и опрятно. Прекрасный персонал, всегда доброжелателен и приветлив! Процедуры брали-очень понравилось. Для детей работают аниматоры,есть детская комната. Работает столовая Эдельвейс-еда разнообразная и вкусная! Бассейн с термальной зоной очень порадовал-сауна и хамам классные!Есть бесплатный трансфер к морю, свой плащ и оборудованная зона Нам очень понравилось!!

Мне нравится атмосфера в Rosa Springs , здесь легко и уютно, а сотрудники отеля относятся к тебе как к долгожданному и желанному гостю. Номер чистый и комфортный, кровати и подушки просто чудо,и к тому же тишина- я выспалась! А вид из окна словно живая картина, пьёшь утром кофе и любуешься). В ресторане Эдельвейс стильно и душевно, выбор блюд на любой вкус и цвет, всё свежее , вкусное и конечно вид из окон сказочный . Каждый день в отеле организовывают досуг как для детей, так и для взрослых, расписание в лифтах, их здесь 4, у ресторана и на ресепшене , я больше гуляла тк с погодой мне повезло, а красивых мест здесь много. Спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля за предоставленный отдых.

Очень давно хотела поехать в санаторий на детокс-программу. Когда стала изучать топ мест России, увидела в списке отель Rosa Springs. Изучила все мед.программы, посмотрела предлагаемый список услуг, и поняла, что это именно то место, куда я хочу поехать (горы, солнце, красивые пейзажи, отель 5 звезд, да еще и такие насыщенные услугами программы). Плюсом еще стало условие, что можно поехать в отель с ребенком, есть детский клуб, есть детские мед.программы. Взяла дочь 10 лет и отправились в путешествие вместе: я по 7-дневной программе детокса, дочь по программе Здоровое поколение. Не передать словами, сколько кайфа мы получили от нахождения здесь: утром гуляли в горах, днем на процедурах, вечером в термальном комплексе (бассейн, сауны, хамам). Себе взяла детокс-питание, дочери - полный пансион. В ресторане все очень вкусно, детокс-меню также восхитительное, видно, что работал настоящий шеф-повар. А клиника заслуживает отдельного внимания. Каких только процедур здесь не делают, о некоторых именно здесь узнала впервые. Персонал очень квалифицированный, отзывчивый, всегда готовы проконсультировать, рассказать об услуге, подобрать правильные по твоим показаниям. Одним словом, восторг. Порхаю здесь как бабочка, наслаждаюсь каждым днем. Для себя решила, что минимум раз в год хоть на неделю буду сюда приезжать за здоровьем, красотой и энергией.

очень хорошая гостиница в отличном месте в горной олимпийской деревне. можно сказать, что находится в самом центре горной деревни у самого начала подъемников. были семьей с двумя детьми - номер шикарный и просторный, одна двуспальная кровать, раскладной диванчик и доп.раскладушка совсем не стесняли номер. вид из номера на подъемники и спуск с горы великолепный. завтраки и ужины отличные, выбор хороший и наесться можно до отвала. частенько на завтрак предлагалось шампанское ;-) . спа-центр уютный с несколькими парными разного типа. детская анимация на очень высоком уровне - дети могут почти весь день проводить с чуткими воспитателями (огромное спасибо Дарине, Анне и Олесе - дочурки в восторге от всех активностей и Вашей позитивной энергии). Для проживающих стоимость билета на канатку Олимпия до Долины Роза 50 рублей (билет действителен два дня). Обязательно еще вернемся сюда всей семьей!

Мне очень понравилось отдыхать в беговом лагере! Большое спасибо инструктору Олесе Козиной — она настоящий профессионал, внимательная и заботливая. Мы много бегали по разным трассам: и по ровному шоссе, и по живописным горам. Каждый день дополнительно занимались йогой или ОФП. За две недели удалось немного нарастить темп Во время забегов любовались красивыми пейзажами, наслаждались чистым воздухом и даже купались в водопаде. Плюс поучаствовали в нескольких увлекательных стартах. Всё прошло отлично, обязательно приеду сюда снова!

Отдыхали в межсезонье: горнолыжников уже не было, а туристические тропы еще были закрыты (на вершинах лежал снег). Тем не менее отель был полон. Номера чистые и уютные, впрочем как и весь отель. Свежий ремонт. Удобные матрасы, много подушек, хорошие одеяла. В номере ж/к панель, капсульная кофемашина, чайник, запасы чая, сахара, кофейных капсул, бутылочки с питьевой водой. В ванной комнате тоже полный комплект: шампуни, гели, кондиционеры для волос в маленьких тюбиках, зубные щетки и пасты к ним, ватные диски, пилки для ногтей, ватные палочки, шапочки для душа, мягкие полотенца. Не смотря на большое количества народа, в номерах тихо (видимо, хорошая звукоизоляция). Еда просто чудесная, выше всяких похвал! Большой выбор блюд, все хочется попробовать. Поклонникам здорового питания тоже есть, что поесть. Много овощей во всех видах (тушеные, гриль, нарезка), фрукты, разные полезные добавки (семечки, орехи, ягоды, имбирь с медом и лимоном), всегда вкусный свежий творог, йогурт, сметана).Выбор мясных и рыбных блюд. Есть блюда, приготовленные на пару. Для тех же, кто не зациклен на здоровом питании - просто праздник живота три раза в день. Спасибо поварам! Бассейн работает с 8 утра до 23 час. вечера. Есть травяная сайна, сауна обычная, хамам и лакониум. Проводятся групповые спортивные занятия типа пилатес и "здоровая спина". Большинство занятий платные (1,5 тыс. руб). Выбор лечебных процедур огромен! Мне лично они очень помогли.

Потрясающий отель для отдыха в горах! Было пожелание о номере с видом на канатные дороги - было учтено! Чистый, атмосферный отель, все очень органично Отдельное внимание хочу уделить питанию, здесь каждый рацион по системе шведкой линии, большой выбор блюд и напитков, заваривали себе чай с жасмином и облепихой)) выбирай, что хочешь! Также очень понравился СПА комплекс, здесь есть все для отдыха: бассейн, хаммам и сауна Обязательно вернусь!
