Pros: Perfect location, just 20 meters from ski room to the lift, also access to night (7 to 10 pm skiing), ski passes available at reception. Room was spacious and clean, well equipped. Selection of 10 pillows, from ortho to herbal offered free of charge. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception, in restaurant and cleaning. Really well equipped medical center on first two floors on the hotel with focus on physiotherapist. I took 4 anti allergic baths and 4 mud treatments for my junctions and was charged only 120 euro for all. Cons: Pool area is too crowdy and noisy to relax. Food is quite average, choice is poor and lines are not properly organised.

Отдыхал в отеле Rosa Springs c 6 по 10 марта 2025 года. Решил отметить свое 60-летие (а родился я 8 марта) катанием на горных лыжах в Сочи, а не банкетом в ресторане в Москве. Причем это мое второе посещение Rosa Springs за зиму. Предыдущий раз был в феврале 2024 года. Собственно после этого я и решил, что в свой день рождения буду кататься на лыжах. Поставил своеобразный рекорд - съехал 3 раза с Rosa Пик за одно катание 8 марта. Отель расположен очень удобно, выходишь и через 30 метров подъемник. Это называется Ski in - Ski out. Виды из окна - просто загляденье. Просторный номер, удобные матрасы и подушки, вкусные завтраки и обеды, доброжелательный персонал. В общем все понравилось!

Хороший отель с приятным обслуживанием. Я не катаюсь на лыжах, но ходил регулярно в их тренировочный зал, полностью остался доволен содержимым. Прекрасный вид из окна! Разнообразный шведский стол, уверен, что каждый найдет еду по вкусу.

Лучшая локация в горах. Наш любимый отель уже 6 лет Держат марку! Горная олимпийская деревня, своя лыжная комната с выходом к подъемникам (ни у одного отеля такого нет). Потрясающий сервис, а кухня какая вкусная. Ребенок если не на каталке всегда занят какими то мастер классами и развлечениями. А я еще здесь медицинский центр, где все возможные процедуры восстановиться, оздоровиться и насладиться.

Нам все очень понравилось! Отдыхали семьей - двое взрослых, двое деток! Номер большой, удобный, прекрасный вид (категория Джуниор сьют)! Еда вкусная, качественная, выбор не как в турецких отелях конечно, но каждый находил себе по вкусу! Не пожалели, что взяли полупансион) Игровая комната очень понравилась детям и это очень удобно для родителей В целом от отеля остались только положительные впечатления!

Отдыхали в отеле Rosa Springs летом,в этот раз приехали перед новым годом и тоже всё понравилось. Дружелюбная спокойная атмосфера, уютно и празднично. В номере чисто и стильно,вид из окна это супер! Отличное место для тех кто любит горнолыжный спорт! В ресторане еда на любой вкус, всё свежее и вкусное). Благодарю всех сотрудников отеля за отдых!

Останавливались семьей, чтобы покататься на лыжах и встретить Новый год. Все понравилось. Очень комфортное пребывание для того, чтобы кататься. Лыжная комната, сервис, подъемник, шатл. Вкусные завтраки. Спа программа. Новогодний праздник доставил большое удовольствие. Хотелось бы за него сказать отдельное спасибо. Чувствуется, что в отеле работают профессионалы.

Чудесная локация, питание и медицинские услуги (массаж, терапия групповая с психологом, минеральная вода) , хорошая программа на каждый день для детей (викторины, рисование, фокусы и кулинарные мастер классы). Удобно добираться до трассы. Хороший бассейн и сауны. Скучно не будет в любое время года!
