A tiny hotel with no real facilities, no views, inadequate bathroom extraction resulting in mouldy and damp smelling rooms. The bar was dire - hardly any wines, brightly lit with radio playing in background- terrible atmosphere. But that doesn't stop them charging a fortune. Feel totally mislead by their website and ripped off. The only positive I have is that the bed was comfy.

Fab little find of a hotel. Upgraded room along with chocolates and a birthday card, very kind of you. Super sized room, great decor, lovely bathroom with products. Oldy woldy in parts of the hotel that added to the charm. Able to park on site, for a small fee, with no issues. Complimentary drink during your stay too, its the little things! Very tasty breakfast, with plenty of it. Thank you, we will definitely recommend you for a Windsor visit.

Why stay in Windsor when you could stay in Christopher Hotel in Eton it is just across the bridge and a far quieter and upmarket location. The Christopher Hotel is in ALL respects excellent. Good room and great breakfasts and a very amenable bar +parking

Where do I start? The hotel is perfectly located about 5 minute walk into Windsor town centre and was easy to find by car. We pre-booked a parking space in their car park and had no trouble parking up. We were greeted on arrival by a lovely receptionist and were checked in very quickly and given a voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar which we happily cashed in later. We stayed in Room 4 which is in the main older part of the hotel. This room had clearly been recently refurbished to a very high standard, was spotlessly clean and featured a huge very comfy bed, large TV, ceiling fan and a huge bathroom with a fantastic electric power shower and free standing bath. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided along with biscuits and a selection of teas and coffees. The hotel is accessible 24/7 via key a card. We didn't hear any noise at all outside all night despite it being a Saturday night and could not fault a thing about our stay. A very high standard breakfast was provided in the morning to round off one of the nicest hotel breaks we have had in a long time. Very highly recommended.

Stayed with a group of friends who had visited us from overseas. We live locally but wanted to stay in town and found this hotel to be ideal. We booked four rooms between us. Easy walk into central Windsor, to see the Castle , and other sights of Windsor. The hotel staff were so helpful to our friends with local info and support. Rooms were a good size, clean, and comfortable. Really comfy beds, and all the facilities you require from a hotel. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice and exceptional service. The staff at this hotel really are the gem.

Excellent location, staff are so friendly. Loved the room, a super comfortable bed, and lovely spacious bathroom. Overall great facilities. Spotlessly clean with a warm atmosphere. Great bar, and superb breakfast, would highly recommend, will definitely return 10/10!

Excellent location, warm room, extremely comfortable bed, welcoming friendly staff, cosy bar area and a lovely breakfast included. All at a very reasonable cost. What more could you want? We would love to return and experience some more favourable weather!

A beautiful place so well positioned and some of the warmest and most friendly staff I have ever encountered. Bed beautiful, big and comfortable, breakfast delicious and bar staff including night manager delightful. The room was really well equipped ( (a fridge might have been the icing on the cake) but I will be back.
