Paradise Resort Evia, a Member of Radisson Individuals ★★★★★
"We have had an excellent stay, the location is perfect. We have enjoyed the beach—with its sun loungers—and the two pools The entire staff is always available and very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The dishes served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner are varied and of high quality."
Hotel Steni ★★
"We came off-season amid bleak weather forecasts looking for a place to stay in Evia en route to the western part of the island. The drive uphill to the hotel was lovely. On arriving we were met by Panagiotis, the owner and manager who welcomed us warmly and embraced our children like family. Friendly, straightforward and just plain charming, he also gave us some tips for places to eat and visit nearby and later phoned the port in Agiokampo to inquire about ferry timetable for us. At breakfast next morning we were surprised to be the only guests, and were heaped with coffee, breads, rolls, jams, honey, joghurt, butter and more - all fresh and tasty. The rooms were like the host - charming, simple but with all amenities provided. The upper floor has full-length balconies with a fine view of Steni and the surrounding hills - we had a lovely hike up one of them - but even in rainy weather it was nice to stay in our rooms and in front of the fireplace in the dining area. The entire stay felt cheerful, homey and relaxing with more than a touch of 70's vintage from the decor. For those who want a five star palace a la Riviera - look elsewhere.. Very highly recommended by us, even or maybe especially in early Springtime ! Thank you vey much Panagiotis!!"
Amaronda Resort & Spa Eretria ★★★★
"9/10 What a nice relaxing stay. Now i cant think about any real negatives. In previous reviews i read about no coffee or lack of variety of food. The hotel and especially Athena are working on every detail. They are changing dinner theme every night. They added espresso and ice coffee. The beach is nice and clean, no problems with stuff, they are all very kind and if there is any question they always help you. Would come back for sure."
Negroponte Resort Eretria ★★★★★
"The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive to details, and willing to do all possible to make our stay memorable and comfortable. The food was fresh, presented beautifully with a nice variety, attentive to specific guest needs, and most importantly delicious."
Brown Beach Chalkida Kosher Resort, a Member of Brown Hotels ★★★★
"Well, when breakfast is offered for free you have to inform people that the hotel is under the strict Jewish "koshur" diet... I learned this the hard way when I couldn't accompany my breakfast with things I wanted (nutella, bacon and more). Also, some days they don't use electricity for the services, so even a Fredo espresso in the pool is prohibited. His Jewish customers don't respect anything or even an hour of common quiet because they know it's their place and they do what they like... (I have no problem with the Jewish people)"
Lucy Hotel ★★★★
"We stopped in Khalkis or Chalkida in our way from Piraeus to Thessaloniki. Our trip started very early in the morning so around 7am we were in Khalkis. We didn’t have time for breakfast in Piraeus and since this is the most important meal of the day we decided to stop and to have the breakfast here. Unfortunately at 7am there are very limited options for a decent meal, probably in every city, town or village. We noticed Lucy Hotel and an idea sparkling in our minds: what if we can have the breakfast here? So we asked at the front desk and they agree to let us in for the meal. We paid no more than 5 euro/adult, nothing for kid and we solved the problem. The breakfast was very good with everything that usually is to be found in a four stars hotels for such a meal. I dedicate my review for the quality of personnel in this hotel and their understanding for people in need."
Brown Beach Evia Island, All Inclusive in Eretria, a Member of Brown Hotels ★★★★
"This hotel is great for a relaxing break. The staff are so polite and courteous. It is very clean and comfortable. We are here in October and the weather is in the high 20’s. There are various activities to take part in if that’s what you want to do but no pressure if you don’t"
Heromylos Resort & Spa
"Very nice new property with opportunities for improvement. The staff is very new and learning so no issues with that, the real opportunity comes at the beach where the amount of garbage/trash in the water and on the beach, was absolutely absurd. I could not believe at such a beautiful place, the Grecian people would not care more than to put so much trash in the ocean."
Thermae Sylla Spa & Wellness Hotel ★★★★★
"Gorgeous sea view room, wonderful indoor and outdoor pool and very tentative staff. The bed was excellent and the bar and seating areas were very comfy. The food was great with a lot of variety. We’ll be back for more, hopefully soon! "

"I stayed at the hotel and it offered exceptional value for money. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic experience for the price, and I highly recommend it."
Ilia Mare
"Excellent location, nice room with sea view , big balcony with sea view, good breakfast , polite staff and very helpful . They own the faros restaurant too. Food was excellent, the restaurant is on the water. We had excellent fresh fish ! Defiantly we’ll come back!"
Pharos Rooms
"Georgia and her team provided a lovely stay in this tiny hamlet. The spotlessly clean room looked onto the sea and you could hear the waves all the time. A functional kitchenette, nicely equipped small bathroom, secure parking and knowledgeable, welcoming people made it a wonderful stay. Close and stunning drive to Loutra Edipsos for all services. Highly recommend!"
Porto Evia Boutique Hotel
"All rooms are sea-view (except for shabby ground floor rooms) and when you are in the room itself and look out, it’s actually like being on a cruise ship! End. Pool shape is awkward but the area round the pool does not know what health & safety is… children could easily fall into the sea in 1 second. We had dinner at the hotel roof garden a couple of times and it was not good. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk into the village and there are plenty of restaurants serving good food. The breakfast is ok-ish for Greek standards. The cleanliness of the rooms is fine but we kept running out of toiletries and had to go to reception for replacement. The rooms are small but ok if you just use them in the evening. We stayed in August 2018"
Palmariva Beach Hotel
"This is our first time in Evia and Palmariva Beach made our stay so cozy, joyfull and free. We came as five families (10 adults plus 8 kids from 4y to 13y). First what i liked is cleanliness of rooms, both bungalovs and hotel's. Maides are there every day and your room hits you clean when you get back from beach. Rooms have great cosy terace so you can drink some wine in the nightime. Second, its all in one place - Beach, bar, pool, sports fields, kids climatized playground with one lady animator who is with them inside. Our kids use it as hideout from the noon sun. Third, dont worry about the food since its plenty and its pretty wide in choices. Besides regular 3or4 different meals every day, Chefs will suprise you with some new meat (souvlaki, meatballs, fried liver..) every day. If you aks kids, they waited in the line to get some juicy pancakes from the big lady who makes them best. If you wanna safe sorounding with lifegouards, soft grass and nice warm sand, your towels below oil trees and kids fooling around but on your sight, then come here. Yet, if you find yourself in some awkvard situation (we did) be sure that Customer manager and GM will do their best to compensate it. We will get back next year fir sure."

"Everything fine, only too noisy at night, music from the bar"
Paramithenio Village Beach Resort & Spa
"Super clean, extremely convenient, excellent breakfast, excellent terrace, very kind employees.Perfect holidays next to the calm beach.Everything was perfect.Near Athens and other wonderful beaches,it as a real diamond in the area."
Skyros Ammos Hotel
"Nice hotel, but the room we stayed in the afternoon had a particularly bad smell - maybe from sewer ?- which you couldn't tolerate, so we couldn't bear sitting on the terrace in front of the room."
