Rooms : Air-Condition Thermostat OUT OF ORDER (!), NO Dental Cream in bathroom (!), NO shaving facilities (shaving cream or gel and one-use razors), BAD WiFi. Value : Low value for price ! Cleanliness : Good. Noise Level : NO SOUND INSULATION in both rooms walls and sewage pipes too !. Service : Very good Staff Behaviour, but EXTREMELY BAD Wine quality in Restaurant (in contrast with its HIGH price) !. Amenities : Moderate level."

"This is a new hotel, built in a wonderful beach in Evia. Unfortunately, the beach and the location are the only positive elements. The overall experience was below expectations for the following reasons: Things started to go wrong since arriving at the room, finding used slippers left on the balcony and a used hand towel in the bathroom, left from the previous guests. Then, we noticed that there was no hot water in the room (so we had to take two showers with cold water) until issue was fixed. The TV had only 10 Greek channels which didn’t play uninterrupted as the signal was getting lost the whole time. The worst part came when we went for dinner at the restaurant. In the beginning we were told that we couldn’t get a table immediately and had to reserve for a later time, because it was too crowded and they wouldn’t be able to offer us a nice experience. This sounded quite professional, so we waited for the slot they suggest only to find out that, the property is full of families with small children, which in itself would not be a problem if the hotel enforced equal respect for the comfort of all guests. When we got to our table (that we had to reserve for a later time), children were running around our table, shouting in late at night (after 10 pm), and nothing was done to effectively address & resolve the issue. So, if you are a couple or a traveler looking for peace and quiet, rest assured you will not find it in this place!!! The restaurant service was also below par. After we were forced to change table because of the screaming kids, the main course arrived before we were even given cutlery. So, we had to send it back and ask the server to first brings us plates and forks and then the food. The worst part is that hotel management didn’t bother to make any gesture to sooth our discomfort and when we asked to leave earlier, they refused to return any of the amount paid mentioning it is hotel policy not to refund any amounts. It’s such a shame because the setting is perfect and the rooms are beautiful, but unless something is done to improve cleanliness, service, noise control and respect for all guests, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing or well-managed vacation!"

"We got married a year ago at the Miramare Hotel. A family member helped us to find the venue, as we wanted somewhere that all of our family could stay without having to travel to and from the main venue. We instantly fell in love with the Miramare because it had a very clean, homely feeling while supplying all of our needs through having everything on site. We have a lot of children in our family and wanted the children and parents to feel comfortable and safe. As most of our family were travelling from abroad we needed a reasonable price point for accommodation and for the wedding as a whole, everyone was so happy, and actually surprised at the high quality of the apartments in particular. The Miramare is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature, olive trees, jasmine flowers, and Erini the owner's daughter was so accommodating and helpful. Mary Pepe, the manager of the hotel helped us immensely with planning and organising, booking local hairdressers, booking flowers and anything extra that we requested from local suppliers. She took so much stress and guess work off our shoulders. We requested that our wedding ceremony be held down on the private beach, which was absolutely no problem. Almost everything we asked for, within reason, was supplied. The food was absolutely gorgeous and fresh. Everybody who travelled in from England, America, Ireland, Australia and around Europe was so impressed with the relaxed atmosphere and the attention to detail. We had about 90 guests at our wedding, and everybody had a wonderful time. It felt warm, and we felt very cared for. Everybody who came to our wedding wanted to come back to the Miramare Hotel for a reunion. Thank you so much for making our day so easy when it could have been so stressful. We’re now expecting our first child this Summer and cannot wait to return next year as a little family. I cannot recommend having your wedding or a family party at the Miramare Hotel more, it’s one of my fondest memories."

"Due to my fligt I arrived nearly midnight, but welcomed with a smile :) The Hotel is is situated close to the beach in very quit area. The bed was very comfotable, the view over the pool area from a huges terrasse is Super. Room and resturant spotless , clean. very good breakfast :)"

We came by car and we got caught in a storm so it was a terrible inconvenience and the people gave us the room earlier and we appreciate it incredibly because we had to take a shower and put on dry clothes. "Just returned from a wonderful stay! The property is literally 30 steps from the sea, with crystal-clear waters and breathtaking views of both the blue horizon and a lush green mountain. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated in a minimalist style with elegant Greek touches. The staff and owner were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Ideally located just five minutes from the town center. Highly recommended!"
