We loved this hotel! Bryan and Tim are phenomenal hosts. We got a multi night discount. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and so were the pillows. They serve a large variety of coffee in the office. They even had French press and expresso. We stayed in the front close to the office in a King room. We will be back and will stay here on our next trip to Eureka. It is in a great location and it was quiet at night. Great AC and the fridge gets super cold after being turned on for a bit.

The hospitality and customer service were exceptional. I have never experienced such wonderful hospitality at a hotel. My family and I stayed here and unfortunately had a tornado warning that night. Bryan, the owner, came out to offer every visitor shelter in a few spare rooms on the underground portion of the hotel so we would be safe. Since we had stayed awake for a few hours during the night, me and my family slept in late. Bryan allowed us to check out much later without any fees. Additionally, the rooms were very clean, nice furniture, quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The outside of the hotel had a fire pit, grill, hammock, beautiful nature scenery in the back, and plenty of covered patio areas.

When we arrived we were completely astounded by the friendliness of the owner/manager. Accommodating is an understatement...from assuring the rooms were to our standard to explaining the easiest access points to downtown. One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel.
