Angola Motel

Filthy floors throughout, a/c didn't work in 1st room. TV was almost impossible to turn on. Parking lot was completely crumbled. Phone number we were supposed to call went straight to voice mail which was not set up yet. Will never go back. Avoid at all costs.

Couldn't get the TV to work. Shower was small. Tough to shave my legs in there. Maria's Pizza right across the street was excellent tho! And not far from Tim Hortons for breakfast too! Bed was very comfortable. AC was good too. Price was right!

I wouldn't recommend this place unless it's the very last option or if you just won't care because you will not get a refund. The outside looks good but inside is totally different and not in a good way. They need to be closed and remodel it.

This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used by the swamp thing. Do not take off your shoes anywhere.

The owners were pleasant. The room was filthy, covered in dust, and had an unpleasant odor. The shower had trash in it and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom's floor, mirror, and toilet looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long time.

Five years ago this hotel would have charged $45 per night. It was still the least expensive in the area. Accommodations were mediocre as the shower water temperature was unstable and there was no comforter on the bed. I guess in this day and age that’s what you get for $80 a night

Easy access, staff was helpful to find a great place for dinner. Room was questionable, had some kind of scent in the room that was very strong. Appeared to be used to cover something up. Very little toilet paper available and shower was scary, did not use.

The beds were comfortable and the price was good. It’s very run down needs a complete overhaul and cleaning.

Good bang for your buck Great motel for the price - it's an older motel, basic amenities, off a major road. But clean and has what you need. Very friendly and accommodating.
