The furniture, mattress, and carpet are noticeably old and really should have been updated by now. We continue to stay here mainly because it’s convenient. On a positive note, the staff provided good service, but overall the value for money is disappointing.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights, but I had an emergency to leave the hotel a day early. I asked for refund but the hotel refused to give me money back. Plus they took 100$ for what I didn’t even know. Overall it was a bad experience.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. I chose a large room. The room is large and relatively comfortable. The facilities are newer than those of several surrounding hotels. It is very close to the Northwest University campus and the restaurant downstairs is also very convenient.
