Premier Inn Evesham

What does one expect from one night at a premier inn when you've paid for bed and breakfast. I would expect a decent night's sleep and a breakfast, unfortunately I got neither and whilst my wife and 2 of my children sleep well in their room they also did not get a breakfast. The rooms are hot and stuffy, air con is definitely required but is obviously up to The Premier Inn to sort. We checked out at 09.30 and went to breakfast, upon arrival we were asked if we had booked a table, which we hadn't, and that they were only taking bookings and that the next table would be in 40 minutes. No problem if you've not got kids and you've got time on your hands. When we were in the bar the previous evening and we asked about breakfast we were not advised to book a table, in fact we were informed by the lovely chap behind the bar that it would be all laid out as a buffet & continental style breakfast. When we checked in we were not advised to book a table even they would have known how busy the hotel was going to be. Ultimately we had to leave and so missed breakfast even though we paid for 2 adult breakfasts. Hopefully someone will read this to ensure this does not happen in the future.

1. Very stuffy room. 2. Duvet too thick for the weather being experienced. 3. Family of three and we only received 1 room key even after asking. 4. Carpet needs cleaning. 5. Debris on the stairs.

Room spotless. Mattress excellent as always (so good we bought the same). Pillow spot on. Loads of parking. Where possible I always use premier inn.

The hotel was as expected for premier inn, nice beds, great breakfast, good location and the price was decent too. But the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and to provide services.

Beds too high off the floor and the rooms were so hot they were unbearable. Fans were provided but they were completely ineffectual unlike the beautifuly air conditioned reception areas. Staff were pleasant and friendly but won't stay again due to the excessive heat in the rooms. Not a pleasant stay for that reason only.

Stuffy room with no ability to cool down or even open windows in the heat. Peeling paint on walls, no wheelchair or elevator access to upper floors, terrible information from staff. Everything is cheap and exceedingly stingy. First and last stay at a Premier Inn. This particular branch is effectively a service stop near the motorway. Convenient if you want to cook to death in a room during the summer.
