This was our forth stay at Hotel Ermitage and we can't wait for our next. The staff at the hotel and kids resort are extraordinary. Our entire family enjoyed the beautiful grounds and facilities. We tried the carte de jour at the restaurant every day. Amazing! Great hotel for a relaxing family vacation.

First time at Hotel Ermitage and certainly not the last time! Really nice location, cosy room with a view on Leman Lake was great. We enjoyed the Spa (inside poil, jacuzi, hammam). Lovely dinner at « La Table ». The breakfast buffet was just perfect! Hotel Ermitage is definitely a place to stay at.

We spend one night to have some relaxing time. The Spa and the restaurant are exceptional. The staff is professional and friendly (but not too much). A really good experience. We will certainly come back

Beautiful hotel with great views of the Lake and natural greenery. My stay was vary comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Staff was attentive & smart and they know the hotel and services vary well. Hotel is neat and clean with the Warm Welcome

This is one of those rare hotels where everything is perfect. The bedrooms and ensuite are impeccably done. Very comfortable beds. Quiet surroundings for restful sleep. Truly perfect. The pool is an exceptional facility, accessible by elevator on each floor. The different lounging areas (bar, library and the endless terraces) were lovely and inviting. The staff meet the highest standards and are professional without being stuffy. A brilliant choice for a relaxing stay with panoramic views of Lac Leman.

Ideal place to relax and "recharge your batteries" . Very comfortble and friendly. Staff discrete but also ready to help and assist when needed..
