房間裏有活的蟲子在床上不停掙扎，床邊插座沒有電，給前台致電兩次，過了二十幾分鍾後沒有給出任何反應回饋，最後衹能第三次致電，前前後後耽擱三四十分鐘，提出換房後延時兩點退房，前台接電話態度相當惡劣。重新換的房間的浴室放沐浴露的枱子上竟然還有前面客人留下的垃圾，懶得再強求，酒店也就那樣吧，真是個好酒店呢6

鄂州華美達從武鄂高速杜山出口下來幾分鐘車程，酒店雖説不在市中心，反而環境安靜，停車便利。酒店設施和服務在當地都算是性價比很高的，大堂堪比五星酒店，衞生間乾濕分離空間較大，洗浴用品正規，wifi速度快，超大屏電視，一樓早餐品種也算多的了，早餐現做的熱乾麪味道完勝武漢一般餐館，強烈推薦吃一份。前台入住退房都快，前台領班小嚴有求必應服務熱情。下次去鄂州首選這個酒店。

本人原本擬訂購黃石或黃崗的酒店，可惜都看不上眼，所以選擇了較偏偏遠的鄂州市濱江華美達廣場酒店。鄂州市濱江華美達廣場酒店肯定是抱有5星的願景色，可惜地點真的有點偏僻，附近也沒有什麼看得見的食肆，幸好華美達在酒店旁邊自設了一家龐大的宴會廳，為我們解決了當天的晚餐。酒店有三百多間房，規模夠大的。可惜酒店雖大，但是沒有什奪人眼球的擺設。當然也沒有什麼酒店的氛圍。酒店在其他方面也沒有什麼特別討人厭的地方。本人衹是寄宿一個晚上的過客，能夠安睡到天明，就是好。
