"This is the worst hotel I have stayed in Italy, everything is most terrible, the front desk staff are *******, they were very aggressive, especially a ********* shown her hideous attitude, don't expect any decency from a middle-aged person working as a hotel front desk clerk in a small town. When we try to check-in, they asked Chinese for €150 city tax per person, to avoid any misunderstanding, we request them to write down the amount on a paper, after double check and confirmation, and considering we are 3 people together, €450 tax is too much for us, we decided to cancel the reservation, they were so resolute as to be impossible, even though we didn't step into the room at all. What they wrote on the paper was like Below: €150 €150*3=450 But after we claimed, they lied about everything, they told hotel agency what they wrote was €1.5, and they told them we already check in the room. Finally we paid €4.5 to get the key, they arrange room with prejudice, what we get were dark, dity room, and one room is for disabled people, this really makes feel disgusted. This hotel will be bankrupt if they still use such stupid staff"

"The room was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was exceptionally large and luxurious. Breakfast and breakfast was really praiseful and not banal. I would like orange juice but ace and others were all well. "

La Castellaia Resort ★★★

"Simply outstanding! It’s quite a way out of Fabriano and the road is pretty rough but don’t be turned off. The hospitality is exceptional. Host Firontina is delightful and makes you feel at home from the moment you come in. Our room was compact but had everything. The dinner was great including the house wine. Breakfast was amazing. And there are the farm animals and the dogs and cat. Exceptional. Firontena sent us to the UNESCO famed paper making factory of the 15th century and the amazing civil gallery. Not to be missed"

"Hotel located quite close to the center of Fabriano, in an elegant ancient building. Not a huge building, but with free parking. Medium sized and clean rooms and bathroom, the room was a little warm (the winter quilt on the bed was too heavy for the season). Breakfast with a wide choice of good cakes, the brioches are a little heavy, there is also something savory. Friendly service and fairly affordable prices"

"Just arrived and terrible impact! Air conditioning drain in the shower, bathroom bin full of garbage from previous guests, dusty furniture! It's okay that check in is at 4pm but I expected at least someone at the reception! No comment"

"Nice location, modern clean rooms. breakfast quite poor. 1 to service cause we discover they host party with dj and so on. if that happens when you stay forget about sleeping till late st night . hence 1 to service, an hotel where you cannot sleep is not an hotel. had dinner and was fair in quality snd price."
