Boudl Kuwait Al Fahahil

Everything is great. *A small note: the shower water pressure on the tenth floor is weak.

The hotel was okay, but one of the male hotel receptionists was a terrible guy!

The hotel says smoking is not allowed and at night the apartment next to me was full of bachelors staying up late smoking and suffocating my children. We contacted the hotel manager and he did nothing. The receptionist, thank God, changed my room. The management is very bad. The buffet is very bad. The food is old, not new. The furniture is old. The picture is a lie and the hotel is different. There is no swimming pool. We were deceived. An Egyptian employee at the reception was rude and his glasses are bad for women. It is obvious that the management of the hotel is in disrepair. We came to Boodle because of its reputation in Saudi Arabia and we were shocked by its bad condition. It is a disgrace to the Boodle chain. I do not recommend that women and children go there without men.

The hotel is comfortable from the moment you arrive until you leave; every detail is beautiful. Same description as on the website.

Beautiful facilities and cleanliness

The price is exaggerated compared to the condition of the rooms and the service provided.

It's a half hour drive to the center of Kuwait. It's easy.
