Hotel room a bit old fashioned, we had a balcony with mountain views, small but clean bathroom. Excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful family business. One small criticism the beds in our room were a tad firm for us. Dinner in local (100m) pizzeria recommended by Hotel Owner as they were not opening the hotel restaurant until the Friday. Some parking outside hotel. The hotel is ideally located to visit the mountain passes such as Passo Pordoi. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi available for guests complimentary use, great for relaxing after a busy day!

I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend. The room and bathroom were clean, the staff very welcoming and kind, excellent breakfast. We also used the spa, the only flaw I have to point out is the water in the hot tub was cold, barely warm in fact we used it very little.

Our New Year's Eve dinner at this restaurant was a huge disappointment. The food was below expectations, lacking in flavor and poorly presented with very small portions. Despite having assured us gluten-free options when booking, only two dishes were replaced and they tasted terrible. To make matters worse, they could not provide details on the ingredients of the dessert. Dishes containing gluten were not even served. A regrettable experience and definitely not worth the 70 euros per person.

I stayed in this hotel in August and despite the influx of people, the management of the services was excellent. The food is excellent, different and tasty dishes every day. The owners and waitresses are very available to everyone's needs and manage to make the stay in the hotel familiar. A special thanks to the waitress Rita, friendly and very good at making small souvenirs that remind us of the mountains. Also good cleaning and spa service included in the price. Strategic location just a few minutes drive from Alleghe and 15 minutes from Malga Chapela. For skiing Civetta ski bus included in the price. Nice rooms with terrace and bathroom with spacious shower. The choice of two single mattresses for the double bed should be reviewed (there is space in the middle). Poor sound insulation, you can hear noises from other rooms especially if you are using the shower. There is a small wellness area, a little dated but excellent after a day of skiing.
