中途路過住了一晚,服務熱情,房間乾淨整潔,早餐是單點的蘇格蘭全早很地道。距離小鎮的超市不算遠,環境很安靜。

Room was spotless as well as bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is situated in a quiet location. Had to wait a while for someone to book us in when we arrived. Buzzer was hidden on a messy desk. The firstPremier Inn I’ve stayed in for poor service.

Great hotel! It had everything we needed. Great location, close to the Falkirk wheel and the kelpies. Restaurant and reception staff were excellent. Tammy and Angelika went above and beyond, food in the restaurant was good. Room was clean to the usual high standard. We will definitely be back.

Shocking customer service do not use!!! Checked into a dirty room on arrival. Tried to book my pre paid evening meal at reception to be told it’s done at the restaurant, neither of them would take a booking time. When I went across at 6pm they would not give me a table till 8:15 even though the restaurant was basically empty. Corey - Duty Manager was completely useless and had nothing to say when I explained the situation. Shambles.

A Warm welcome by friendly staff Very Comfortable beds. A good selection of food for breakfast and evening meal. Central location for visiting surrounding areas including the kelpies and Falkirk wheel which we visited by bicycle Would certainly return

Easy to find. Free parking overnight. Looks better inside than out. Room was spotless. We booked the meal deal but restaurant was closed. No email to warn us. Back in the car again to find a restaurant. We were not wanting to eat in the room. They did have a piece of paper with alternative places. Maybe this has happened more than once

Fantastic bed, very comfortable, although I always take my own pillows, apart from the fact that I just can't use several thousands other pillows ewww, they always feel as comfortable as house bricks to me. Nice to see they have added a fantastic to every room now. Be careful in their bathrooms though, they still have showers over their baths, rather than an upgraded walk in shower, which in my humble opinion are not only far nicer, but believe you me far, far safer, when climbing out of a bath with no proper rail to use. Breakfast is buffet style, so help yourself basically, the choice depends on what you have paid for, Continental the usual suspects here, cereals, granola, yoghurt, Greek or Strawberry, yep that's it! fresh fruit, pancakes, pastries, toast, tea & coffee. Cooked Breakfast, again Buffet Style eat what you like. Evening Meal, choices are quite limited, however, quite tasty. Would highly recommend the "Meal Deal" breakfast & 2 course dinner with drinks for £26.99 per evening. And remember to validate your Car's registration at reception when you arrive.
