It is one room but includes a couch that folds into a bed, a table with 2 chairs, and a comfy chair with an ottoman. Outside you have a deck, fire pit, charcoal grill, picnic table, and 2 reclining chairs. You may also hike to our Lookout for a picnic and great picture taking opportunities!
