Perfect
MmindyTThis hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

JJunzhulingDuring the National Day holiday, I visited many places, from north to south, east to west. This hotel has a relatively central location, making it convenient to go anywhere. Right outside, you'll find Qianmen Station Exit G. The hotel staff also had a great service attitude; any issues reported to the front desk were promptly resolved.

Xxh121Overall, I'm satisfied. The staff are warm and generous, and the hotel has a youthful style. There are entertainment facilities on the ground floor, making it convenient for tea and chats. I stayed alone, and I thought the room layout was quite clever. It seems like one large space, but the bathroom area can be separated by a curtain, which wouldn't be an issue for two people. It's very close to Sanyuanqiao subway station, and you can even take the Airport Express from Exit A. There are malls, convenience stores, and coffee shops nearby. The soundproofing is lacking; I was woken up by loud voices in the hallway while sleeping in the morning. Finally, a [suggestion]: it would be great if there was a small folding stool in the room for luggage. It's quite rare in domestic hotels, and it's really inconvenient to organize luggage while crouching on the floor.

OObserverQuinnThe location is incredibly convenient, right above Dengshikou subway station (literally downstairs), and just a short walk to Wangfujing. The service was excellent and very attentive; they even contacted me in advance to arrange check-in. The room itself was great, with good facilities. There was a little street noise from outside, but the overall soundproofing was excellent, so it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was also very good.

BBuyaotingzhibenpaoI arrived in the morning so I couldn't check in immediately. When I returned in the evening, I was given a room, but the lock was broken. This isn't the first time I've encountered such an issue traveling solo, but the front desk resolved it quite quickly. They upgraded me for one night and asked me to move back to my original room tomorrow. The final room I got (P2) was actually pretty good. The hotel has central heating only, so it gets quite warm, and I was sweating throughout the night. The front desk suggested opening the window for some coolness. I tried it a bit, but being on the second floor (and next to a Peking duck restaurant), there was a noticeable smoky smell. I'm not sure if there was renovation during the day, but it was pretty quiet at night. There are washing machines and a restaurant on the fifth floor. Breakfast was quite tasty, though a few dishes were a bit salty. Overall, my stay was pretty good. It's very close to the Forbidden City (about a ten-minute walk to Donghuamen), and the subway station is also convenient. I traveled alone with my suitcase and didn't find it troublesome at all. The only thing is that taxis returning to the hotel usually get caught in traffic, but taking a taxi from the hotel isn't an issue.

TTianshimeiweiderenWe booked a runway-view room to watch planes with our child. The environment was great, and the window faced the end of the runway, offering a good view of many planes taking off and landing. My child was thrilled! I'm very grateful to the front desk staff who showed us three different rooms to find the best window for plane spotting. They even gave my child a China Southern Airlines plane keychain!

AAitiqiudezhangjiekeThis was my second stay, and as before, the room was clean, spacious, and tidy. The breakfast was also good. However, the pool experience this time was rather disappointing, perhaps because it's outsourced to a fitness club. I also tried the Japanese restaurant on the first floor, but the overall experience was just average.

MM294018****The room was very clean, and there's a restaurant downstairs that serves excellent breakfast and dinner. The transportation is also super convenient; it takes about 20 minutes to get to all the attractions. The service attitude was absolutely amazing!!! When I had gastroenteritis, the staff even brought me a big bowl of millet porridge, and they gave me a small gift when I checked out!

MM521060****The hotel boasts a very convenient location, just a 2-3 minute walk from Caishikou Subway Station Exit F. Right across from Tiemen Hutong is Dajiang Alley Shopping Center, offering a variety of dining and shopping options. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast offered great value for money. I stayed for 6 nights and was thoroughly satisfied.
