Here are a few reviews I've written for you in different styles, all highlighting Atour's cleanliness, spaciousness, and great experience. Feel free to copy and use them directly!
**Version 1: Heartfelt & Detailed (Recommended)**
This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was much more spacious and bright than I imagined. The wood-themed decor was incredibly soothing, and the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get out of bed. The biggest surprise was the attention to cleanliness – from the bedside to every nook and cranny of the bathroom, everything was spotless. The frosted glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom was also a thoughtful touch, providing both natural light and privacy. The bathroom area was quite generous, and the vanity and shower area were immaculately clean, making it a real pleasure to use. Overall, the experience was clean, spacious, and comfortable – absolutely flawless. I'll definitely choose Atour again next time!
**Version 2: Concise & Efficient**
Atour's quality control is definitely on point! The room was spacious and airy, with a well-designed layout that never felt cramped. The hygiene was superb; the bedding and bathroom were clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The shower area was also large enough to be very comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay – clean, spacious, with attentive service, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
This Atour is very close to Dinosaur Park, and the room was truly comfortable. First, the space was very generous, and the light-colored decor made for a very relaxing atmosphere. For hygiene details, the vanity was clean and tidy, and the shower area was also spacious and convenient to use. The overall experience was top-notch – clean, comfortable, and a great experience.

Guest UserThe hotel environment is very nice and quiet, perfect for a trip. A special thank you to our butler, Zeng, who was always there for us. Today, a regular business traveler had a new problem – he had completely forgotten about his suitcase, leaving it lying on the roadside. It was Zeng who helped find and keep it safe. 🙏

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect.
Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.
We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

Guest UserWhen we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

Hidden away on a lakeside peninsula, the Tianmu Lake Hantian Resort is surrounded by bamboo forests. The lake-view rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly capture the stunning mountain and lake scenery. The hillside hot springs, complete with an infinity pool, are definitely the highlight. The resort grounds are quite large, so a shuttle bus is needed to get around. There are plenty of family-friendly facilities (Pinecone Park, trampolines, and petting zoo), and the butler service is attentive. Breakfast includes local specialties like hot pot fish head. On the downside, some buildings have slightly older facilities, some recreational activities cost extra, and during holidays, breakfast can be crowded and parking a hassle. Overall, it's great for families and a relaxing hot spring escape, with a better experience outside of weekends.

Guest UserThis hotel is incredibly quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Chinese restaurant and gym are both excellent. The pool comes with a steam room; though I couldn't use it due to a health condition, it's a great recreational amenity, and the facilities are comprehensive. The room space is also very generous, making for a fantastic holiday experience. The only noticeable cost-cutting measure was the brand of bottled water provided.

We originally booked the Yanquan Han Hotel, but because the holiday was approaching, the reserved room was no longer available. They upgraded us to a lake view room at Shanju Inn for free. Their attitude in handling the problem showed us the hotel's sense of responsibility. The lake view room is adjacent to the lake and has a panoramic view of the scenic area. The room is clean and spacious, with complete facilities and high living comfort. What also impressed me deeply was the service of the hotel. The aunt at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She guided us to the room, gave us a thoughtful introduction, and helped us check in our luggage when we left. Her sincere attitude was very warm. If I come to Yancheng Lake again, I will still choose to stay here.

Stumbled upon a gem of a hotel staff member at the front desk, Mia! She's got this natural, warm, and healing smile, and her approachability is off the charts. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I just mentioned my neck was bothering me, and Mia immediately told me about the pillow menu in the room. All I had to do was tell her my choice, and housekeeping would deliver it right away. Her enthusiasm was just perfect. All the travel fatigue vanished the moment I met Mia. When hotels are comparable, it's the warmth of the service that stands out, and Mia absolutely nails it! I genuinely recommend this place; make sure to experience her heartwarming service when you stay – you won't regret it!

Guest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western, asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

When I checked in during the Spring Festival, there were some communication issues with the front desk, but the manager came and resolved everything perfectly. Overall, it was a great stay. The hotel is close to all the must-visit spots in Changzhou and very near the subway station. The breakfast wasn't extensive but it was delicious and comforting, especially the freshly made wontons and silver thread noodles – they were excellent!
